October 5, I parked my car 14602 89th avenue I used the online parking app I came out from the court house across the street only 15 minutes later to retrieve my car the traffic agent was standing at the corner. There was never a ticket on the car. October 29, 2022 i received a notices stating i will be charged a penalty for failure to pay my ticket in which I never received a physical ticeket. This is the second time an traffic enforcement agent has given me a ticket and with held the physical orange ticket and you find out later on you have a ticket.

Desired outcome: I would like Traffic agent R.Paul's supervisor to be notified because he wanted the penalties to increase on this ticket in which I knew nothing about. I just found out I had a ticket through Dept of Finance
