Saturday 129 my family and I went to dine.On arrival we were told by the manager that no inside tables were available, but we could place our name on a waiting list, or sit outside. We asked if we could sit outside until a table was available inside. We were told it was impossible.We chose to sait outside.We were previously told we could not book a table telephonically but while standing at the door a group of people arrived and said that they had booked a table telephonically (double standards which the owner was at 6's& 7's to answer- becoming arrogant when I pointed out that his manager had said we could not phone and book in advance). Our waitron arrived and never introduced himself. When my 5 yr old son asked where the bread was, he said 'ek het net 2 hande'. Our prawns arrived and were off (revolting)-my kids were nauseas. The chef arrived and reasoned that they were undercooked(definitely not-simply old). He suggested replacing them and we said we were put off and it was not neccessary. The owner tried to persuade us as well, despite us advising that we were put off. His attitude was totally unacceptable. We were treated with disrespect and will not return!
