Let me say first that today’s order really was disappointing considering in the past we didn’t have a problem with this kind of order.
Called in a take away Fried Chicken Salad Dinner (large). First we requested no cheese or croutons on salad, request was done. Requested no butter on rolls, again not a problem. First, problem came when we saw the amount of lettuce was in container, maybe 1/2 cup of lettuce, Second, there wasn’t carrots or any other vegetables except for two very small slices of tomato, a sprinkle of egg in one area, that’s it. If we didn’t live in the countryside and a different county we would have brought it back to O’Charlies. For the amount of money spent on the salad there should have been a substantial amount of salad ingredients.
Many in my area are on a fixed income and want a good portion to be served when paying almost $14.00 for a salad!
