Friday, June 14 we took my daughter there for her birthday. We waited 1 hr and 15 minutes for our food. The food was absolutely horrible! I asked 3 times for my salad and still didn’t have until after food was brought out. I ordered chicken on the Barbie with salad and steamed veggies . When food arrived the veggies were raw the chicken was cold looked like it had been defrosted on counter and brought straight out my daughter’s steak was disgusting hard and cold just like it had been defrosted on counter. The $62 we were charged for an absolutely discussing meal will never happen again . No managers were ever visible and people were getting up and leaving. This location needs to be closed!

On 11/02/23, my and I went to the Outback on State Steet, Rockford, IL for his birthday.
He ordered a ribeye median rare. It was overcooked very well done.
I ordered a filet mignon median rare. It seemed more like a small piece of round steak. It was not thick like a filet mignon, and it was very tough and also over cooked.
Besides the meal being very unsatisfactory, it was extremely expensive.

OP did you ask for the manager while you were there? it seems out of character for outback to not have a manager come right to your table if the food is late, wrong order, cold, or cooked wrong.
at the one near me i made a innocent comment in the past about my meal looking smaller, not a complaint just observation and the manager came over to apologize.
