Hello there, we order out Back Straka house a lot. Today it switched us stores which we have never done, aprox an hour away instead of the store 5 minutes away. We called back with in 5 minutes. The lady was extremely rude at the Estero. Florida store. Hung up on my wife. Then my wife calls back that second to speak to a manager. We had seen the commercial for 3 dinner specials. Even though we have to drive 45 miles to get there our group wanted to go. So I called the Glendale az location. Says they don’t participate. Then called gilbert az location they don’t participate. Why do advertise specials when we can’t go there to enjoy them?
One was steak and lobster tail and then there was two more.

Dine-in rewards
I received an email on 4/23/24 that stated I had a free Bloomin' Onion expiring on 4/24/23 from the Outback Dine-In Rewards. We were having a luncheon for my sister, so we decided to go to Outback since my reward expired on the 24th. I ordered the appetizer and told the server I had that in my dine-in rewards for the onion. The food was great, the servers were busy, and the food was good. Here's my issue: I did not get the appetizer for free, as my email said.
I would've stayed and had the issue taken up there, but the servers were beyond busy, and I had to pick up my child from school. I called Dine-In Rewards while waiting in the school line about my reward and was met on the other end by an unpleasant representative. I was told that the Bloomin' Onion reward expired at 9 am on the 24th (Nowhere on my email does it state that). The representative also told me that I wasn't the first person to call about this and that Outback was running a promotion but forgot to put a time stamp on the first email and re-sent out another email. The representative himself knows because he was the one who sent out the emails. Well, guess what... I'm not the only one who didn't get that email which the representative can attest to because he said it himself. I reached out to Outback Corporate as well and only again to be met on the other end with another representative with an attitude, all because I wasn't the first person to call about this issue, and I was forwarded to voicemail. I called the restaurant that we ate at, too, and was told that there had been an overwhelming amount of phone calls going non-stop and that I wasn't the first person to complain about the issue. While the restaurant we ate at was more understanding of the problem, to a point, they still have yet to think to let customers know about the mishap the company caused, so we, as customers, were correctly informed before ordering our food. Your company really didn't think to just honor the coupon? Your company made a mistake; I did not get an email about a time stamp of 9 am and if I did, I would love for you to show me when and what time that was sent!
Own up to your mistakes, which I'm not so sure were a mistake at this point because your company just made a ton of money off all of us who received the email. What do an onion and some seasoning cost? $.50 at best that you charge $10 for!? Great scam, Outback! I would not have ordered the Bloomin' Onion, and we would not have had lunch under those false pretenses. It would've been nice to be informed upfront.

For starters the blooming onions, where soggy there was nothing blooming about blooming onions The food was very nasty I threw my whole meal out after spending $75. That is a lot of money to some people. this food was not edible. The burger buns were hard as a rock! And the fries soggy and no salt the burgers their self are hard no sauce whatsoever the Temple Terrace area outback only refunded me $20 after spending 75 on food that have mold on it! this is very unprofessional. missing items for curbside pickup order
4/7/2023. I live in Rantoul, IL, 18 miles from Outback Steakhouse and ordered curbside. I should have checked the bag before I left but I got all the way home and realized that my caesar salad was missing from my order. I’m not going to drive another 26 miles there and back to get my salad, I was just very disappointed to find it was missing from my order when I drove far to get it and honestly that was what I was excited to eat this evening and spent $67.00 tonight. I just wish the orders were double and maybe triple checked before taking out to the customer. I’m sure it was an honest mistake but checking to ensure the order was complete is all I was asking for.
Desired outcome: A coupon or refund for my item that was missing.
The rewards program
I was excited to join the rewards program. However, from the first day there were problems getting the points added on. Weeks later, there are still problems getting the points added on. My most recent visit, March 31st at the Fayetteville GA location could not get the points added on. I should not have to continue to try to add the points on the app or have to call the store multiple times to get the points I've earned. Please fix the system. It has been broken for too long.

I took advantage of an email you sent before Christmas about buying a $50 card and getting 2 $10 cards. The problem is I have gifted the card I have the other 2 but none of the cards can be used because there was not enough information in the email sent in order the manager to accept them. The order# card# or the multidigit number allow the cards to work

Cold meal
My granddaughter plays travel volleyball and we travel to several different states and look for outback to eat at. This past weekend we were in west chester pa and stayed at the Sheraton that had an outback right next to it. Since it was close to 8pm we ordered online and the delivery time was 35 mins. An hour later still no food. I called over to see what happened and they said the food was sitting there and they would bring it to the lobby. I asked them how long it was there and was told about 10 mins. The salad was fine but the steak was cold and so was the mac and cheese. When you spend 60$ for a meal you think it would be hot! luncheon menu
I went to Outback for lunch on Tuesday of this week. To start with, I think the luncheon menu is too small, and the choices are limited. This being said, I ordered the chicken with cheese & bacon. I asked for a Baked Potato which I usually really enjoy. However, this one tasted as if it was either reheated, or boiled instead of baked. Really disappointed in the entire experience! My order
I spent over $100 and only one of the three meals were edible. I ordered two prime rib dinners and chicken fettuccini Alfredo dinner. The two steaks were all fat and gristle. Both were way under cooked, I had to place them in a pan to get them even close to edible. They had no flavor. I asked for horseradish, received none. Asked for a baked potato but got none of the butter or sour cream that was requested. Got sweet potato with the other steak and didn’t receive the butter mixture for it either. This was a birthday meal. It was miserable. The last few times I’ve ordered curbside there have been issues but I just let it pass. This time something needed to be said. I’m very disappointed and will not be going back to this establishment. I am handicapped and the curbside service is so beneficial but not when I am not treated like a customer in the actual restaurant. If I were at a table this would not have happened. I will be using my voice to let everyone know how we were treated for the umpteenth time. On Sunday March 5th 2023 around 6: 15pm, my boyfriend & I decided to go to Outback Steakhouse for dinner. When we came in, the hostess informed us it was a 15-20 minute wait so we asked if we may sit at the bar where there were only 3 customers. Yes. We went and sat at the bar. there were dishes from previous patrons still sitting there. We didn't mind & the bartender informed us someone would be coming along to clean it up shortly. Within 5 minutes, a busboy came & cleaned everything up. The bartender then came over & asked to take our drink order. We placed an order for cocktails & an appetizer. The bartender went to make a cocktails & said he would put our appetizer order in right away. My boyfriend explained that he did not want everything to come out all at once so after the drinks were made, we would place our food order. About 10 minutes goes by & the bartender brought us our cocktails & we placed our food order. At that point, my boyfriend asked if we may have are appetizer first, then our salad & then our entree because again, he didn't want everything coming out at the same time. The bartender assured us that would not be a problem. He let us know that things were a little crazy in the kitchen that day but that he will let them know not to send everything at once. The loaf of bread was brought out a few moments later. 30 minutes goes by & the bartender never came by to check on cocktail or water refills. A party of three sat down at the bar next to us and the bartender seemed to know them and was very friendly with them. He made their drinks and took their order immediately. Our glasses were sitting on the bar rail signifying we would like refills yet the bartender never came by & was going back & forth, having conversation with this other party & refilled their cocktails. About 20 minutes later, the people next to us are served salads & appetizers. My boyfriend calls out to the bartender & says "excuse me. We have been here almost an hour & haven't had any refills on drinks & neither are appetizer nor salads have come out." The bartender cuts him off & days "I can just comp your meal." My boyfriend says " no, that's not what I'm asking for. My point is that we ordered our appetizer before these people ever sat down & they came in a half an hour after we ordered & they already have their salad & their appetizer & we can't even get a refill on our drinks & no food has come out." The bartender said "the person making salads cannot do anything until the appetizers are finished & that ticket is passed over." My boyfriend said he understands all that but the point is that we had ordered appetizers a half an hour ago & the people next to us had ordered recently & has theirs already, so where is our food? The bartender explains that he is not going to argue with my boyfriend and walks away! How rude! I go to the hostess desk & request to speak to a manager immediately. At this point, my boyfriend is done & just wants to pay for our drinks & leave. The manager comes out & my boyfriend starts to explain the situation. He lets her know that he had expressed to the bartender that he did not want our food to all come out at the same time & that is why he had placed the order for the appetizers at the same time as our drinks & requested it be put in immediately. The manager agreed that it's not acceptable to have everything coming out at the same time. No sooner had she stated this, a server comes out with our appetizer. I said "I certainly hope our salads don't come out immediately after this so we have time to eat our appetizer before we're flooded with salad & our entree." No sooner had I got the words out of my mouth, a second server shows up with our salads! I looked at the manager & said "see, this is exactly what we were trying to avoid having happened. Now watch, our entree will come out in the next 2 to 3 minutes." The manager agreed that our food should not be coming out back to back like that especially since we requested there be a delay. She apologized and said that she would be more than willing to comp the appetizer. We expressed that we weren't looking to have any food comped, we were just looking to not have it all come out at the same time & really didn't appreciate the bartenders rude attitude for no reason. She apologized again& said she didn't understand what was going on because that didn't sound like the bartender at all. At that point she said she would go back and check on our entrees. Another 10 minutes go by and the bartender still hasn't come back out from when he walked away. When he finally did come out, he immediately went over to the people next to us & brought them a 3rd drink. About 10 minutes later, a server shows up with our entrees. A few moments after that, the bartender walks over with two cocktails, sets them down in front of us, mumbled something we couldn't understand, then walked away. My boyfriend asked me if I had ordered another drink & I told him I had not. He suggested we not drink them because we had not ordered them. I agreed. I was finally able to get the bartender to stop & get me a water refill when he had brought the people next to us their 4th drink refill. Roughly 10 minutes after that, the bartender walked over & set the bill on the bar in front of us letting us know that there was no hurry for us to pay it. I stopped him requesting a refill on water, a small box & letting him know we wanted to order dessert-----to go! At this time, it was about 9:00 p.m. we had been sitting in this restaurant since 6:15 p.m. & we really just wanted to go. I laid my debit card on the bill & let the bartender no it was ready to go. He said okay. 15 minutes later, he comes out with a paper bag with our desserts in it, grabs the check & my debit card & said that the manager comped our desserts as well & handed me the new bill reflecting the new balance. I signed it & we left. Given the fact that we were ignored & treated poorly by the bartender & he never came by to refill drinks nor check on any part of our food, I left him no tip. A tip is a courtesy for the service someone provides. No service/poor service=no tip. I wonder if the bartender was racist because we are a biracial couple & he was very attentive to the others sitting at the bar, but totally ignored us. When an issue was raised, he immediately offered to comp our meal so we could be done & leave rather than listen completely to the issue & try to get a resolve. Then he half listened, made a rude comment about not arguing (which my boyfriend wasn't arguing, he was asking where our food was seeing how people that came in 30 minutes after us & ordered salads & appetizers as well, got their food before us) & walked away. He never came back to check on how our food was either. Blatantly ignoring us. This was the worst experience we've ever had & definitely won't be going back for a while nor on a weekend evening.
Desired outcome: Not sure what can be done. since it took so long to get our food,we asked for a box & I took it home & gave it to the dog.
My entire order
I placed an order yesterday at the Statesville NC location.
I ordered my steak Med and my daughters med rare. She took hers and left for work. I kept the one with the M on the lid of the box. It was so black with seasoning that I had to scrape it off and still couldn't eat it. It was also very rare. I took 3 bits and gave the rest to my dog. The mashed potatoes were so sour that I couldn't eat them. My daughter said he steal which was to be med rare was over cooked and so heavy with seasoning she couldn't eat it. Her salad looked awful and I was not even given enough dressing for half of mine.

Dear Outback Steakhouse, I visited one of your Restaurants on 3/5/2023 the Winston-Salem location we visited Outback Steakhouse 505 Highland Oaks Drive Winston-Salem NC 27103. We arrived at Outback around 5:20pm I took my family of 6. at first we were shoved in to a booth with no arm room to eat, so I ask the manage to please seat us at a table with half booth half table in which he did around 1 hour later. We were seated around 6:40pm. Our wattress Keneisha was nice but very very slow. we ordered our food around 6:50pm we never received our food till around 45 to 50 mins later our food was luke warm I ordered the Aussie onion it was over cooked tasted burnt, my steak was burnt but 1/2 raw on inside i had ask for well done. ask to speak to manager she came to the table and was very rude pretty much ignored the complaints we had. she never came back to see if our food was correct, I have never been to a Outback Restaurant with such bad service. Our Waitress was nice and again very very slow, she seemed like she is only able to attend to no more than 2 to 3 people. 5 people that came after us was served and eating before we even got our food. I will not ever visit that location again management was not a great help at all. My family food wasn't correct one of them was given a glass of water with black particles floating in the bottom. we were not able to leave the restaurant till around 8:30pm I didn't think to take picture my family was so disappointed in our service received I hope Outback can rectify my complaint.
