First Watch is a dope spot to get your breakfast on. The food is fresh as hell and the staff is hella friendly. It ain't cheap, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. The menu has a ton of options, so you can get whatever you're craving. Plus, they have some healthy options if you're trying to watch your waistline. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking out First Watch if you're in the mood for some bomb breakfast.

So, I was checkin' out First Watch's website and I gotta say, I was a bit disappointed. They didn't really give me much info on what kinda food they got goin' on and I couldn't find any prices anywhere. I mean, c'mon now, how am I supposed to decide if I wanna go there or not if I don't even know what kinda food they got and how much it's gonna cost me? It's a shame 'cause I was lookin' forward to tryin' it out, but I guess I'll have to wait 'til they give me more info.

I've been to First Watch Restaurant on Bay Pines Blvd a bunch of times and I gotta say, it's always a good time. The food is real good and doesn't break the bank. The wait staff is top-notch too, always on point with their service. I've been a vegetarian for like 30 years now and I can always find something to eat that I like. I ain't never had a bad meal there, not once. Plus, they got outdoor seating which is a nice touch. I'll definitely be going back there again and again.

So, I had a bit of a problem with my gift card from First Watch. I tried calling their number and using the Contact Us form on their website, but it didn't seem to work. I really needed to talk to someone about it, but it seemed like no one cared. The gift card was purchased on December 12th, 2021, and it showed that it was approved but never used. However, when I tried to use it today, it was denied.

I was pretty frustrated, to be honest. I mean, I had a gift card that was supposed to be good, but it wasn't working. And when I tried to get help, it seemed like no one was listening. I was told that it would take three days to get back to me, which seemed like a really long time.

I don't know what to do now. Maybe I should try contacting the CEO, Chris Tomasso. I mean, if no one else is going to help me, maybe he will. It's just frustrating because I really like First Watch and I want to keep going there. But if I can't even use my gift card, what's the point?

Anyway, I hope someone from First Watch sees this and can help me out. I don't want to have to go through all this trouble just to use a gift card. It should be easy, right?

On February 27, 2021, my partner and I decided to have breakfast at First Watch, one of my favorite places. We were excited to start our anniversary celebration and I ordered a Pomegranate tequila drink to kick off the festivities. The drink was nice and delicious, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to pour the last sip into a plastic cup with ice and water.

However, things took a turn for the worse when the manager came to our table and explained that he could not let me take the drink out of the restaurant. I agreed and we finished our food and were leaving when the manager suddenly chased me down, yelling about a cup. I was confused and surprised by his behavior, but he was rude, condescending, and disrespectful towards me.

He falsely accused me of taking the drink and was 100% sure that I had it in my hands. When he realized that I did not have anything in my hands, he continued to yell and say that he needed to protect his license. I offered to show him where I left the drink on the table, but he was still disrespectful and refused to apologize.

I left the restaurant feeling angry and embarrassed for no reason. The manager's behavior was arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He should not represent this company and needs a master class in customer service. I plan to call corporate on Monday to file a formal complaint about this horrendous manager.

If First Watch does not address the problem with this manager and his poor behavior, I will blast this story in detail all over social media and the local news. It is not taken lightly all we have been through with everything going on, so this man can hurt the company's name in vain. I will keep y'all posted on the outcome of my complaint.
