UFC fights not being shown at the Prattville ala store
I have watched the UFC fights at Hooters for many, many years with my friends at Hooters, to include the new one in Prattville, ALa. Last month when we went in to watch the UFC event, they told us that their store was not going to be showing the events anymore because it cost too much. We would apreciate it very much if you would contact the owner of this store and advise him that he is losing business because of this action and try and have them restore it so myself and many others can enjoy the UFC events at Hooters, as we have always done in the past. Thank you for your time.
Desired outcome: Bring UFC back to Hooters of Prattville ala starting with the Jon Jones fight this weekend.

Tried here as a family member said it was family friendly. We attempted to get a table for 5 adults and 1 child only to be told they do accept children at lake Buena Vista location 😡
I was shocked at this response. I tried to complain on Twitter/website and not one person has got back to me.
I don't expect to have this sort of service, especially when the table would be for 6people!
I honestly thought you would be trying to keep customers and I thought you would offer some sort of gift card or something to help me try your restaurant again and hopefully my child would be allowed in

Over all service and seating
Hooters of Orland Park Illinois is a joke. They make you make a reservation. You show up for your reservation and they tell you you have to wait another 15 minutes after reservations. The entire front section of the restaurant is empty, over 15 customers waiting to be seated. You look around and you have 3 girls standing around to greet you and tell you you have to wait longer. You have another 4 girls working the take out section counter just standing around. Ask manager what’s going on and the answer is we only have 3 servers and that’s why the front section of the restaurant is empty, but if you look around you have over 9 girls doing nothing but talking to each other. I guess I must have interrupted the manager from playing on his phone instead of running a restaurant correctly. Will never go to that place again. Ownership and franchise should be embarrassed on the working ethics of the management and staff. Will never be going to that location or possibly any Hooters again.
Desired outcome: Fire management and hire competent employees to run their everyday business. Plus get rid of the reservation system that does not work.
Parties getting food before us.
Good evening hooters,
My family and I went to 1110 north perimeter Dr. Schaumburg, IL 60169 on Saturday 8/20/22.
Our food took longer than usual and we noticed that 7 parties who came after us got their food first. The server (Summer) did not apologize for the delay in our 20 wings, 10 buffalo shrimp, and fries. I honestly believe she forgot to place our order into the system and told the manager to expedite our order when I asked her if our food would be out soon.
Desired outcome: The outcome I would like is for the server to be better. I can't ask for my money back for the food was good but I would like it if they would notify us in the future for mistakes or delays.
Went to Hooters on Sept. 17th, 2022. Food was good but our waitress took my credit card to to back and came back with a bill for our food for which I paid. However, when I checked my credit card receipt I was charged twice. Make sure not to let the waitress take your credit card.
spoiled lettuce, poor service and management
8/12/2022 Murfreesboro II 730 NW Broad Street, 37129. Check #151. I have been in the food and beverage business for over 50 years. We love Hooters and have gone to Hooters since 1980 in Orlando, Fl, Seattle, WA, Nashville, TN and even in Aruba and Puerto Rico. This is the first time I have been disappointed in the service, food and management. It was not very busy; however, we waited 15 minutes for a beer that had no head and the glass was sweaty and the beer was tepid. The server didn't return until the food came out. As I was eating my Caesar salad when I noticed that the lettuce was literally black on the edges and some slime. By the time the sever returned my husband was finished with his wings and ready to go. She apologized for the food and asked if I wanted something else. We were done and I asked to see the manager and was told that he was outside talking to another server. I have been in this business long enough to know that means they were probably outside smoking. We waited another 10 minutes for him to come in. A polite young black man came in and but did not identify himself. I explained that the lettuce was rotten. His response that it was Romaine, and he could make a salad out iceberg. I explained that I have been in this business and that it's not that it's Romaine, but that it is rotten. He responded that it is all that way, that's the way it came in, but he could use iceberg. He just didn't get it. If it is spoiled, do not serve it! When I had asked another server for his name all I was BG or BJ, no actual full name was given. When he heard that I had asked for his name he came back and wanted to know what the problem was. I did not feel it was my place to reprimand him for doing a lousy job. He was not on the floor observing the whole we were in the dining room except once when another customer had requested him to complain. I have been a server and worked my way up to manager throughout my career. This guy needs some severe training and so does the staff. I realize that it the service industry is having tough times, but accountability is missing all the way around. I did observe some servers working well and were obviously experienced enough to know how to do the job without him. Unfortunately, we were not seated in their sections. I sincerely hope that you can rectify this problem. Not necessarily by firing people but if you feel the worth in your employee, by training. I have been a service trainer for three major food service corporations. It is a tough industry, but worth it. Thank you

Please consider bringing back the Buffalo Chicken Dio. We visited Hooters in Fort Myers FL and it was no longer on the menu. Also the Texas BBQ DRY RUB was a little bit weak in flavor. Probably used less to save money but didn't have the right taste. The price is higher. This restaurant is located on Cleveland Ave. We have always enjoyed theNuffalo Chicken Dip and were quite disappointed to no longer see it on the menu. Our waitress was very good.

For poor food quality and horrific service
I'd like to request a refund. I have never in my life wanted a refund in a restaurant. The food was horrific, over cooked. I ordered a mixed platter of food. The battred shripm was that over cooked and loaded in the much sauce I thought it was chicken untill I bit into the hard tale and chipped my tooth. I called the waiter back as I thought she brought the wrong food out because it looked that different from the photo in the menu. I wrote a review before I'd even left the restaurant to be asked if I was wanted to leave a tip. Was the waiter joking? Horrific experience. I love hoootets but I will never eat there again. Apprentice's must be working in the kitchens. Drinks I ordered never turned up and we had to ask several times where our drinks are to find out the waiter had not passed our order to the bar. It was last night (Monday) so it was not busy and the wait time was that long we went outside for a smoke twice out of boredom waiting for our food, to then come back to our tables being cleared and my drink that I had NOT finished taken away and my water bottle that I re-use binned. I did inform staff we was only going for a smoke. Don't your staff communicate with one another? I'm highly annoyed and have always had good experience in hooters untill I came to the one in cancuns hotel zone strip. Avoid hooters for anyone in cancun.

This is not only the worst run Hooters I have ever seen it is the worst run restaurant I have ever seen. Showed up this afternoon on 10/26 at Hooters near Wolfchase and the girls were in the corridor doing selfies and dancing while I waited to be seated. REALLY? Then some one came over and I said their busy doing selfies and she cracked the door to them but didn't want to disturb then, so I said I am not waiting for that and went to a table.
Not once in a while but EVERYTIME. I come here it's like being taken care of buy a bunch of teenagers. Is there even a district or regional manager? Please don't say yes because if there is they don't visit the establishment.
There are so many things wrong with this place I guess I will make it easy and just go to Buffalo Wild Wings where the staff actually understand what customer service is.
I would be embarrassed if I was an executive of Hooters and know this joke of a restaurant was part of my business.

I am from Connecticut. I eat at hooters often. This past experience I had at the Orlando location located on Augusta national drive was horrible. First off, I see the online option only have the choice to pick "all drums" for an additional .60 more. I didn't choose that because I love my flats! When I pick up my order, that was about $14.00 for 6 pieces, I had 5 drums and. One flat. As I eat it the drum sections weren't even edible for me. I pretty much cried because I wasted my money on chicken I couldn't eat, and I didn't choose the "all drums" option because that wasn't what I wanted but what I got! That leave a bad taste in my mouth with hooters… literally!

Food and long wait for service
Recently visited Hooters at 10133 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, s.c.Upon arrival we waited 45 mins.Understandable because prime time of season.Not told by hostess about long wait.Next for appetizers we ordered 10 smoked wings, 10original wings and Mac and cheese for my granddaughter.10 wings came 1/2 hr.later.The second 1/2 hr. After the 1st.and my 7 yr. old granddaughter got after we started the batch of wing .We were also told to order our entrees because a long wait for food which we already experienced.My daughter ordered theses cheesburger and we the chicken special sandwich.Again the the cheeseburger came 20 mins.After and we were told the chicken sandwich would be ready for at least 30 min. Later.Our server ANNA was very nice and apologetic.We Cancelled the chicken sandwich.Asked for a manager who apparently did not want to confront us and the othercustomers complaining.We paid our bill and tipped very well after waiting a total of almost 3 hrs.Very disappointed as we are regulars at all the Hooters.Thank you for your time and consideration and we feel we should Be compensated for our experience.

Not getting served
Been to Hooter near Brookfield tower for the first time around 8.10 today (7/10/21) and was told our wait time is less than 20 mins. Waited and waited and waited and around 8.45 the attendant told that we are cleaning your table, give us another 5 minutes. Get inside and waited with 2 kids, all of us were super hungry. The lady attendant completely ignored us, when I try to talk she pointed out an area and said that you are going to sit in one of those tables. Again waited and waited then around 9.30 we gave up and requested to cancel our booking. Only that time the attendant looked really happy, never said sorry but at least she smiled and said thank you.
Portion sizes are horrible
Went to Hooters for the first time last night after several years of writing you off for poor service. Wow! We ordered 20 wings and when they arrived, we laughed at the size of the wings.
