I have never been to a restaurant this many times that always has a problem: out of products, like beer, broken machines, etc. This was our first time back in several months hoping they'd have their stuff together, but no. After waiting for more than 5 minutes and the having to ask another server, ours came to the table saying she didn't know she'd had a table sat. Then when trying to order, they were out of the beer I wanted AND the smoker/roasting machine was broken so I couldn't order the wings I wanted. Needless to say, we left. Get it together Pelham location. You are in a good location, get a good manager to over see ordering and equipment maintenance.
