On 3/7 called order @ 9:30 hooters w. Hillsborough picked up@9:45 very clear &repeat order. Otw catch a flight got 2 terminal realized order completely incorrect paid 4 30 wings mild ordered serious health condition zero spice only recieved 20 wing and were all hot i believe it wasnt my order at all called for manager never came for so long they called to board flight

Desired outcome: REFUND ORDER PAID 4 I BELIEVE FOR THE INCONVIENCE I SHOULWAS 6 HR NOTHING TO EAt and im diabetic

Ordered 30 mild wing picked up order on way to airport to fly out and got to terminal sit down to eat and the order wasnt mine because they were hot and naked and medical issues i cant eat anythin spivy had stomach surery 3 months ago for ulsers. I called and yes they were busy but i was put on hold so long they were calling to board flight and cant use a phone on board please help
