Hooters

As regular customer I frequent the restaurant 1-2x's a week. I was there last night when I ordered a bowl of clam chowder, which was cold. The waiter was very accommodating and brought the soup back at an expected temperature when you are serving soup with seafood. The soup exceptionally delicious so returned the following day. Again, the soup was served cold. The waitress returned and said the manager stated that it can not be any hotter and we don't want it then don't order it. This manager was rude in my opinion. He then came aggressively to the table to stated that he was unable to warm it up because they didn't have a microwave or anything to warm the soup. In my opinion, don't service soup with seafood in it if you can't serve it at the correct temperature. When someone orders soup they expect it to be hot not cold. I did relay to the waiter that the soup was warmed last night and it could be done but it appears that the manager is choosing not to. I will not be visiting this location ever again. The manager thinks he did a favor my clearing the check of a $3 salad. If his customer services skills where appropriate none of this would be an issue. He was rude! I visited this location between 11:45am-1:00pm. My purpose for going to Hooters was for the soup. I am disappointment by the managers behavior.

It took a while for the waitress to come take our order. I got 4 pieces of fish with my fish and chips, Had to eat 2 of them without tartar sauce because she didn't come back to check on us. Had to wave her down to get the check. After that it took a while to get the check it took even longer for her to come back so we could leave. We were over a half hour getting back to work. My boss was not happy.
