chiropractic marketing
As a user of evolocity's services and products including their Steel Jaws software, I was simply not getting it. Couldn't figure out how they could get me to the top pages of google so quickly nor how they were tracking the calls and when I was being told by my staff that i wasn't getting calls.
I called and emailed the support contact information I was given. It was frustrating to have them take me to my account and let me listen to the call recordings of the inbound calls that my staff were telling me I hadn't been getting. After listening to callers put on hold indefinitely, told that I didn't have any openings, or my office phone not answered at all during my work hours, I realized the issue was not that I wasn't getting top page listings or inbound calls, the proof was in the recorded documentations, I realized I had to make some internal modifications on my side.
It was painful to say the least. However, actually listening and looking at the provided data from evolocity really changed how we do business! May I suggest that if you think evolocity is your problem that you be open enough to verify listings and calls first, second, take advantage of their online publication feature which will allows your results to be published online for others to see. My experience was that they were very open when I contacted them and all results were validated via 3rd party entities like google ad words, telephone company's and made the results irrefutable.
Painful? Yes! But my long term, ongoing, and higher quality results are the better for it.

"virtual marketing department"
I wanted to take a moment to review Evolocity. If you are a chiropractor considering using their "services, " hopefully you search for some reviews to see if they are a scam or a total ripoff. Is Evolocity a scam? Are they a ripoff?
I spent $4500 over three months and got one cash patient, wrong number phone calls from all over the country and a giant headache.
They did put my name on several stock looking cheesy websites which they ended up using as leverage to keep me paying.
Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from "EvilLossCity."

lies, promises, and more lies
I began using Evolocity in about April/May of 2010 to "build a website" and "promote my business". They had a slick salesman contact me to explain all the great, fantastic things they were going to do for me! Not having a website at the time it sounded like a great idea. After speaking with them several times to decide what would work best for me I decided to use them. What a mistake! They said I should expect about 2-3 calls per month just from the google search alone. Not including the various "online tools" that the members can use. My inexperience got the best of me because now I see that this is nothing but a scam! In approximately 6 months of use we got ZERO calls! According to them we got hundreds. Keep in mind we do track our marketing very closely and not once did we get a call from their tracking number. We specifically ask each and every caller "what number did you use to call us". The answer 100% of the time our local registered business number! Here is basically what happens when you join Evolocity: First they start by making you a "CUSTOM" website with several secondary sites to improve the traffic to the primary site. ###! It's a template site that anyone can build in a very short period of time. Cost $1500! Then they charge $300 a month to "maintain" the site and keep everything running smoothly. Then they set up the site with a tracking number that transfers to your business line. Sounds good, right? They want to track which calls are coming from their effort. Wrong! It's done specifically so they can control every aspect of the website. You can't make changes unless you call or email them. In my personal experience this was like pulling teeth. On several occasions I asked for updated information to be added to my site. The soonest this ever got done was about 10 days. One of the changes took 3 weeks and it was for time sensitive material! Also, it only got done after I called to find out why it hadn't been done. When I was asked to provide a name for my website they were very insistent on it being a domain name they could purchase. I thought it would be done on my behalf since I paid them. Again, it is done so they could control everything. I terminated my service with them in December of 2010 and specifically told them to stop using my name. They will not release the domain name to me(which is my business name!) because they say they own it. As of March 1, 2011 I can still find the secondary sites they were using with my name still on them. I have told them to stop this several times but they continue to keep them up. On almost a weekly bases I get emails informing me of all the calls I'm missing because I don't use their service. Here are some examples of the exact wording in the emails that are in my opinion manipulative and dishonest...
“Your tracking number had another potentially motivated patient call. However, since your account is not active they rang to our office. If you would like to activate your account and get the information on this call, please let us know.”
“Due to the many top page listings that you have on Google, three more calls came into the tracking number. Please let us know if you would like the information on these calls.”
“Due to the many, many top page rankings that you have on Google, you had another (3) calls that came into your tracking number. This is the first right of acceptance and/or refusal. If you would like get the tracking number routed back to your office, please let us know.”
Where are these many call going? How did I not hear about them? Not a single person has ever contacted me personally from their tracking number! If they had I would be very stupid to stop their service!
The company owner's name is Evan Richards but you will never get to speak to this guy directly. I have attempted numerous times to call him to voice my concerns but he never returned my call. The only calls I got were from "Bob" their upper management guy who was probably a used car salesman in a previous life. The conversation I had with him consisted of him being very defensive, avoiding my concerns, and trying to sell me a used car!
My personal advice would be to avoid this company. Find a person with good computer and website knowledge and get their help. It really isn't that difficult once you find the right person. I found a great person who built a new site and it didn't cost me thousands of dollars. Additionally, I got 3 new patients the first week the site was up!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If you do not do your research, you will be writing a review about these con artists in about 4 months, or however long it is they make you sign a contract for. These people are scoundrels. Not one new patient. Not one. Just a lot of time and money wasted, not to mention how stupid we felt. If you are reading this and considering using them, read the above post. What happened to him happened to my husband and me EXACTLY. Not one new patient, then after you are free to cancel, and of course you will, you will start getting phone calls from of all these prospective new patients, you just have to pay them and they will give you the lead! Oh, well here's my bank account # then! We were stupid once, but not stupid twice. I sincerely hope their company goes bankrupt. As far as I'm concerned, they are using up oxygen the rest of us could be breathing.
My name is Suzi. My sister is a Doctor who contracted this company for web services to be rendered on her behalf. My sister was not privvy to, nor did she authorize in any way the wrong and deragatory comments I published against this company. Admittedly, I am a 3rd party and was completely unaware of the situation and made my publication in response to my own interpretation to some emotional related and unrelated issues within my sisters business and within our own family.
After discussing this in more detail with my sister Doctor, I am more clear on the situation and would like to fully retract and provide a formal apology. In fact, I tried to remove the negative comments after publishing them, but the owners of the complaint website would not allow me to do so. As such, I can only provide a retraction, apology and provide additional information that my sister was already aware of before my wrongfully published statements.
In fact, the following is true based on my sisters feedback and own wording in this regard.
For a relatively very small monthly membership retainer my sister had:
(975) Top Page Premium placed search engine listings.
In fact, within 45-days of starting, I already had (17) #1 Google postions and a total of 137 top page Google listings for specific keywords pertaining to my facility.
This provider also gave me almost 4, 000 clickthroughs for free. Along with multiple websites and daily support services. I have over 90-calls to my faclity from their top page listings, however, due my own front desk (whom I have recently fired), no proper tracking had been done on my side. However, after firing her, I have noticed that my patients have tripled over the past couple of month - as a matter of fact, looking back on the situation I can now more clearly see where my front desk help was deteriorating my business due to her lack of tracking, willingness to perform and overall negative attitude that repelled new patients and referrals from my practice.
Along with my many quantity and quality premium online advertising, I also received at least two dozen other marketing modules for my internal, external and internet marketing - way more than I could or can ever use, but these were provided as an additional service and added value none-the-less.
Firing my front desk was the best decision ever. I am happier. My patients are happier. My practice is increasing and has tripled since letting her go - with no other marketing implementation other than what I already had. I am tracking each call now and see that there were five calls into my office on Wednesday alone due to this providers marketing systems. I am going forward and tracking now per agreed on protocol.
I would also suggest that if any client or potential client is not currently properly tracking, or has front desk staff who are unwilling to do so - that you do what I did and change up your front desk for someone who is willing to be helpful, positive, committed and accountable to the measurable results at the front desk. This company I hired provides several ways to hold the front desk more accountable and can help get better results at the front desk through input, tracking and feedback while simultaneously positioning facility owners in much stronger, more meaningful ways in internal, external and internet marketing.

HA! Strong armed by EvilLossCity's marketing department again. How do they sleep at night!
These kind of BS apologies only make Evolocity look like more of a scam. Evolocity reviews will keep coming in and the truth will be told.

Both comments are what is currently happening to our office. They slithered in and now we can't get rid of them! We are attempting to get out of the contract and it is like pulling teeth. This phone call thing is rediculous! Wow and Bob is still there. We have been having on going battles with support via email as we can not get answers as to what needs to be done. WORD of warning, before signing any contract gave a 3rd party look it over, as this contract is shall I say "Steel Jaws". I am also concerned as to the access of data they have, they claim they have statements that it can not be used but I don't trust them. To get out of this contract we have to track 90% of calls coming in with a registaration number, they state we have had 90 calls come in, when we ask why don't we know about them we can not get an answer, on the Steel Jaws website I find reports with exact data October of last year to this year...We are still stuck paying more money, which at this point is probably cheaper than an attorney, but anyone out there thinking this is a good idea STOP NOW DON'T DO IT YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND BE TOTALLY PO...and still having to market another way.
This is EXACTLY what happened to my husband and me in our office, word for word! It is absolutely verbatim what our experience was. These people are scoundrels, and I agree, they must have been used car salesmen or snake oil salesmen. They are predatory. Biggest waste of time and money I have ever experienced!
Do yourself a favor and do not use them
I began using Evolocity.com to promote my chiropractic office in April of 2010. They assured me that I would be generating many new patient leads. They set up a tracking number that I was suppose to begin to market so that I could track the incoming calls to my office. After 4 months (and 0 new patients) I decided to cancel. I was then informed that the tracking line that I had been giving out to current patients would route to there sales department and my exeisting patients would be reffered to other offices. Basically they not only did nothing for my office, but they intentionally tried to hurt my business as well. Do yourself a favor and do not use evolocity.com
Evolocity's legal department obviously came down hard on "Matt."
That's their MO, heavy on the threats, take no responsibility, blame blame blame.
I guarantee "Matt" stands by everything in his original post.
Stay far away from Evolocity, you would be better off throwing your money down the toilet.

sorry don't buy it...
AN OPEN LETTER OF APOLOGY AND RETRACTION OF STATEMENTS MADE BY MYSELF BOTH
ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2100 & TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2010.
To all/any to whom this may concern. My name is "Matt" (as specified in my initial filed complaint). I am writing this additional comment to clarify the original complaint I made concerning EVOLOCITY, Inc. - a company I hired to do internet marketing for my business.
After further consideration of documentation as provided by EVOLOCITY a full 3 months prior to filing my complaint - I realize that most, if not all, of my listed complaints were based more on lack of awareness, anger, frustration - or a combination thereof - rather than in factual truth.
As such, I would like to retract any/all claims as made by me against EVOLOCITY, and simply say that they did in fact provide services that resulted in many calls and/or leads to my business, and well over 100+ top page ranked web-search results. It appears in retrospect that my initial frustration was due more to a lack of tracking/attributing of results on my side, and apologize for any confusion, or miscommunication caused by my previous statements.
I am here listing the advertising and marketing values that I was provided within a short 3-4 month period:
-(100+) Top Page Google Business Listings
-(300+) Top Page Search Engine Business Listings
-(7, 938) Click-throughs and visual branding impressions from my Top Page Search Engine Listings
I was also provided:
-Inbound calls, tracking number, audio file uploads, and access to stats for online searchers keyword lookups, branded click throughs, unique number of visitors.
-Support Services; live, email, phone, video, help files - of which EVOLOCITY graciously provided (400) support contacts during my membership time
Just with the sheer number of premium top page listed keywords that evolocity dominated my market with – I had a comparable/competitive market advertising value of $5700.00 per month working for me 24/7.
Evolocity also gave me (6) websites. These websites included free monthly hosting with my membership. One of my websites was a fully customized website that allowed me to have the site look and be exactly what I wanted it to be like – unlike many template sites that are out there on the market today. Evolocity provided these websites, designed them, put them online, modified them to my personal liking very quickly so I didn’t have to mess with trying to figure it out on my own.
In addition to all this, EVOLOCITY also provided me full access to; software, services and multiple features above and beyond my membership with the following marketing modules:
Campaign Tracking Features along with any/all needed metrics and data
Appointment reminder calls
Marketing Software and Free Training Access
Contact Manager, Scheduler & SOAP Notes maker
Free Monthly Marketing Suite & Theme Creatives, including; eNewsletters, eCards, Print News Version
Press Release Articles and Submission
File Sharing & Data Backup
eMail Marketing and Personalization Features
Industry Lead Marketing Lists
Calls to Industry Type, including; Attorney's, MD's, Local Businesses, Schools, Gyms & etc,
Reports & Report Wizard
Marketing Action Plan Features, Budgeting and Process
CMS (Content Management System for my multiple symptom sites
In short, as a client member, EVOLOCITY provided me with Premium Top Page Google Listings as promised, while providing me with at least $4700.00 per month in additional Search Engine Top Page Premium Listings - along with; software, support, training, access, products, features and benefits - for my own access and enhanced marketing benefit.
Over the past couple of years I have not found any company that even comes close to providing everything that Evolocity did for the low price they were asking. After more closely reviewing what I did have, I am seriously open to and considering using Evolocity again for my marketing for this upcoming year.
Where are your balls?

Exactly my experience!
Evelocity review:
I experienced the same loss of time and money with no results that you did. When I contacted Evolcity they set me up with the same "review the recorded phone calls" meeting you had but with different results. They were literally unable come up with a single inbound call from a new patient for me to listen too. The problem was not my staff, the problem was the lack of inbound calls (apart from wrong numbers from out of state) despite paying thousands of dollars. Sure, some existing patients found the cheezy websites they made, got confused and called the 1-800 number but those people would have called our local number anyway.
When you cancel, they get really nasty; threats from their legal department, leaving up the websites with the wrong phone number, threatening to give your business to competitors.
I join many other docs in saying Evolocity was the biggest waste of time, money and curse words in my practice so far. Stay away!
