I ordered lunch for my famly. Estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. 2 hours later, still no order. I called several times but they are not answering their phone. $43 for nothing. Not even someone to speak to about it.

When the time was up, I looked at the clock and saw that I had received 3 or 4 messages. I called the number back, but it turned out to be the store itself. A different girl answered and was a bit rude, complaining that she would send the delivery person back. The first girl eventually delivered the pizza, and she was friendly, but she seemed to be snickering for some reason. The Pepsi was already opened, and the pizza didn't taste good, so I ended up cooking it myself. I also ordered 3 blue cheese dips, but they were bad.

I hung up and called again, and I told them not to put me on hold right away, but the guy laughed. By that time, it was like two and a half hours since we ordered. He said they had to make it again. This has happened before, like the exact same thing happened before. I gave them a chance the first time because of COVID, but now I'm really mad. I made sure I got my money back, and now I'm posting this here. I'm never ordering from them again.

I knew I should have addressed it when I was there, but I was trying not to complain. Since I order there all the time, I called to talk to the manager. Her name was ***. She said she was the owner and apologized. Then she called me back a few minutes later and said she inspected the girl who I was talking about and found no animal hair on her. I know what I saw. I would not make stuff up. I told *** I was just going to contact corporate, and she hung up on me. I just wanted them to know they should use a lint roller before work, and I am not expecting a refund or anything. So basically, she was calling me a liar.

How can I take another pizza back if it's already been inside the house with people? That's a COVID issue right there.

March 14th, 2022. I called two different Blackjack locations here in *** and both didn't know anything about a special for a medium one topping pizza for $7.99. But I've seen the ad on the *** at least 5-6 times, yet nobody knows about this special. And then I got hung up on by one of the stores. Misleading information and uneducated employees are disgraceful. False advertisement shouldn't be allowed.

But the online option wouldn't let us review the order) and the second pizza was a big special made pizza, half and half. After 18 minutes of being on hold, TAYLOR told us that she just started her shift and "another manager said it was made correctly." She offered a $5 discount for my next order, but then 2 minutes later called back and said it wouldn't be honored... I'll call Pizza Hut next time! We had kids at home waiting to eat and her complete disregard for the customer is shocking." Blackjack Pizza. I've ordered from this place many times and usually everything goes smoothly. But when there's been a problem, the management has been pretty quick to fix it, though they never give a full refund. My last order on 11/20 was for a custom pizza, 9 chicken wings, and a cookie. They said it would take 40mins to deliver (even though they're only 2 mins away from me). But at 50mins, I called and they told me to call back if it didn't arrive in 10 more mins. I called again after 1 hour and 10+ mins. Even though the service was terrible, I still left money for the driver. I talked to a staff member (not sure about the spelling) and told him my pizza was room temperature and my wings were cold. I don't want to eat chicken that's been in someone's car for over an hour. He said he would give me a FULL credit and told me to mention the guy with the ponytail if I forgot his name. (Full credit for future pizza, wings, and cookie) I called on Tuesday 11/29 to place an order, but no one could find my credit. The ponytailed staff member wasn't working that day. So I couldn't use my credit. I called today, 11/30, because I was told he would be in. The person who answered said he wasn't there and that there would be no credit. They were VERY rude and unprofessional. I guess they don't want my business anymore. That's fine, I'll make sure to tell all my friends and followers on social media and LinkedIn about my experience.

My case is a discrimnatory issue with the Manager of the Cheyenne Blackjack Pizza. First of all I will state that I’m a disabled veteran and travel with a service dog. I went in to order a pizza after driving back from a business meeting in Casper Wy. The manager who was working the counter asked fo my order and I told her I was looking at the menu board for what I wanted to order. She kind of curtly shook a paper menu at so I asked if there was a problem. Well she said she didn’t allow dogs in her place to which I responded that he was a service dog. Keep in mind that he was setting as ordered and was not unruly. I was in COVID protocol so there should have been no issue. She proceeded to tell me I could make my order and wait outside. It was 23 degrees outside. I’m not going to lie. I went into upset mode (as I suffer from combat zone related PTSD) so my service dog responded as he does by nosing my leg and it’s my clue to get out which I did. I sat in my car for a second then got the VA service animal prescription to show the manager. I did show her the prescription and told her that she lost blackjack pizza a customer and askers her if she was OK with that. She said she was. So I left embarrassed and not a little angry. Plus I felt a little bullied and unfairly discriminated against. I’m still deciding whether to pursue legal action. The second conversation is on video. This is the 1st and Only time this has happened to me. I also should point out that I have gone through all the HR procedures to allow my service dog to accompany me to work every day and he is cleared for government secure areas and SCIFs as well as corporate SCIFs and has never been questioned. He was trained by a professional K9 trainer. He is obedient and not unruly. What this person did was wrong.

On Saturday, 11/5, I ordered online at 7:46pm. My kids were waiting for the pizza at home. I got back home after more than two hours and found out that my pizza hadn't arrived yet. I called the store at 9:53 to let them know it had been over two hours and I just wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. I talked to the manager on duty, ***. *** said that the store got really busy and my order was on its way (time now 10:03pm), but he agreed it took longer than it should've and he would refund me and cancel the delivery. At 10:05pm, *** called me back and said he wouldn't refund me anymore because my pizza was just delivered. I told him I was at my front door and could confirm that no one had made any deliveries, and I have a ring camera to prove it. He was really rude and sounded annoyed. At this point, I was getting annoyed too because he was calling me a liar and saying something happened that didn't happen - the delivery. He said he was looking "in the system" and then told me the driver delivered my order to my old address (an address I haven't lived at since June ). I told him I won't pay for something I didn't receive, and if he checked my order history, he could see how loyal of a customer I am and that I haven't had any deliveries there since I moved over a year and a half ago. *** rudely told me he won't issue a refund because he won't give out free food, and that the food was delivered, and then HUNG UP ON ME! I called him back at 10:10pm and told him how awful and disappointing his behavior and treatment of me was, and that I needed to speak with his manager. He said he's the store manager and as high as it gets, and I won't get a refund, and hung up again!
