That's not sanitary at all. If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it to me! This isn't the first time they messed up my order. They need to do something about it. I'm really mad! I went to Luihn VantEdge Partners, LLC on 10/07 and it was not a good experience. I don't think I'll go back there again. The customer service was really bad. When I went inside, nobody said hi to me. The person at the register didn't seem like they wanted to take my order and they didn't speak clearly. When I got my food and went home, I saw that the chicken thigh wasn't cooked enough, the honey BBQ wings were really hard and didn't have enough sauce, and the chicken sandwich was made messily. After I ate the food, I got really sick and couldn't keep anything down. I'm really disappointed.

The chicken was juicy and flavorful and the sides were tasty too. I appreciate the quality of the food and the service I received. When I got there, I waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes, even though I was the only car there and arrived after 8:30pm. Finally, I got the food and headed home. As I was eating the chicken, it didn't taste right and was soggy. I pulled over and turned on my car lights to see that I was eating bloody chicken. I called the store, but there was no response. I drove back up there, but they were closed. So, I called customer service and was furious. They apologized and said they would process a refund and send an urgent message to the district manager. However, it's now 2/14, and I haven't received a response or refund. I'm going to post these pictures everywhere!

I had a terrible experience with Luihn VantEdge Partners, LLC. I spent $42.00 on a family meal at 6:07 PM EST and was told the estimated delivery time was about 45 minutes. However, two different Grubhub delivery drivers called me and said that KFC told them there was no more chicken. This happened twice, an hour apart. I didn't get my money refunded. Later, a third Grubhub driver texted me at approximately 9 PM EST and said that KFC didn't do anything. They said that KFC couldn't provide chicken because they didn't have any and it was raining. Really? We were told to contact Grubhub for a refund, but when we did, the representative (I think his name was ***) said he couldn't refund the money because he couldn't do it without an order number. We couldn't provide one because the KFC confirmation email didn't have an order number, just a delivery confirmation code of ***. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend ordering from KFC through Luihn VantEdge Partners, LLC.

They said I should "go through the system" to get my money back. I didn't get anything, and I want my money back or store credit. I don't want to be a jerk, I just want this fixed. My order cost $26.10 and I tried to contact customer service twice before coming here. I'm really bummed about this whole thing. I didn't get my whole meal that I bought, and they messed up two other orders. I ordered through the drive-thru, and they forgot one meal, messed up another, and left out some items from the third. I went back through the drive-thru to fix it, and the manager was super rude and disrespectful to me and my kids. He made me wait in the front parking lot for 25 minutes for a remake, but when they brought it out, it was still wrong. I went around again, and they said they were closed and couldn't fix it anymore. I asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't do it because they closed the drawer. They yelled at me again. They said they didn't have a GM because he got fired, and they could do whatever they wanted. They were playing with someone's sandals in the kitchen, and you could see it from the drive-thru. They wouldn't give me the corporate number, so I had to look it up myself. I called them a week and a half ago, but they still haven't called me back. I've had to call them every day, and I'm on hold right now for over 20 minutes. They keep saying they'll escalate it, but nothing happens. I still haven't gotten my refund or the coupons they promised me.
