Outback Steakhouse

Hello,

I writing to complain about the poor quality of food and the sloppy table service experienced on 12/26/2023 @ 19:23 at the Tyler, TX Outback Steakhouse. My family and I were frequent patrons of Outbacks throughout Texas. Please be advised, we have noticed a steady decline in the quality of table services and as well as food quality in the last year. We have been patient and understanding, however, our experience on 12/26 was the tipping point and needs to addressed please.

On the date above, I ordered a salad which was absolutely drenched in dressing, by the time my waister came back to our table, he had our meals already and was too late to mention the poor quality. So, I got my entree (Alice springs chicken and steak) which was horrid! The steak was warm on the outside and cool in the middle, the chicken was barely warm and the baked potato was wrinkled, cool and tough as leather. It sat underneath a warmer for a long time.

I asked for the manager who came over, and she offered me a new meal and said "we are short-staffed today". I accepted her offer to correct the issue and empathized here situation. Now 20 minutes passed since the manager stated she'd correct the issue and no one has been by to our table. By this time my wife and daughter have finished their meals. At that time my waiter comes back in to the picture and asked if I've been taken care of (he has no idea what's going on, no coordination) the manager then comes shortly after and asked if we been served and she wasn't sure if the ticket was put in on time for the new meal.

She said I'll take the meal off and no other compensation.
