Old Virginia Unit Owners Association / Heritage Property Management review: Assessment/association fee

I owned the condo at 6354 Shannon parkway, unit 12 d.
I moved out and was leasing.
Roof leaked and destroyed interior fire walls.
Association fell to update repairs according to their bylaws. I lost tenant income. I requested repairs. Needed tenant income for me to make fee payments. Repairs are still needed to be performed Association.
Association sent to foreclosure on property due fees $8805.74,late and attorneys fees.
Association fees is past 7 years.
I am requesting money for tenant income lost and foreclosure be canceled
