The Omega guys are a real bunch of cheaters, i moved to Canada for a short term and preferred taking a local driving license ( i had been driving for more than 10 years). Since each country is different i preferred to take a drive or two to get to know the rules better and go for a driving test for license exchange ( yes, in Canada they dont accept most european licenses and you need to give a test for exchange). Anyhow i asked for an hour class, they said that for people who already know they have a special pack that is 100 dollars...and car rental for driving test is like 79...
The guy never gave me any tip, rather always tried to make me uncertain that i should take atleast 4-6 hours with them. and then passing is smooth...i kept on asking different fine prints on rules ( like can i turn right on a red light etc). But never got any clear answer rather he used those items to make me buy more classes. Anyhow, i talked to the Omega guys to give feedback and they were like more adamant that the guy is right. Anyhow, i gave up on them...and went for the test and got through with flying colors...above all i rented a car from other school for test which was half the price of Omega. They are real cheaters..and i would not recommend them to anyone.
I went back after passing the test, to tell them that they need to be a bit more fair...but as expected they didnt wanted to listen anything.

totally agree with you man, had the same issue today with their manager... obviously they have a Nasty way to run their business by steeling people's money.. I've been driving for more than 15 years, they want me to pay almost 400 CAD before the test!
Many years ago I moved to Germany, did'nt even speak any German, And I did better than that without doing nothing more than teaching myself to drive a manual transmission, then taking the tests & passing them.
Very unprofessional business. They're trying to extort more and more money from you. If you don't pay for more hours, don't expect to receive any document for the real road test. Their instructors are rude and very unprofessional. They don't give you tips when driving, instead, they look at their phone or talking to their friends over the phone, or just silent. I can't understand how they can still do business. As one of their students, I feel sorry for other students to go through what I've been through. Stay away from this school.
