He asked if i was a meat eater, i said no. He told me it wasnt working for me, and that i should start jogging more often. Not to mention he was selling meat out of his van.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
As a vegetarian myself, I could understand how hurtful that comment must have been. What nerve! Don't waste your time posting comlaints on here hunny...go to corporate and make a BIG deal.
All you people that complain dont realize that these guys are just doing a job and not an easy one at that. The meat that is being sold meets fda standards and when asked if they had permits to sell food from a truck, they promptly produced one. I am sorry that you people had a bad experience with Omega, but dont think that all of the representitives are created equally. Like Ashley Jones said; Instead of slandering a reputable company all over the internet, go to corporate. And in my opinion, the meat was great for the price that i payed. You must have received a bad shipment. I will vouch for Omega and any one that is weary of making a purchase can contact me and I will tell U what to expect. Maybe you can vouch for them but I can tell you that this company employs people that should never have access to your money. Contractor BRIAN HORD sold me $560 of meat in December and then charged me for $472 On the 14th of January, even providing the corporate office with a signed order slip and claimed to have delivered the meat. Funny thing is I WAS OVER 500 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME AT THE TIME HE CLAIMS TO HAVE BEEN THERE. Now he only answers the phone to tell me to stop calling.
