Omnidex CN review: Tailor made moulds for parts

We have been dealing with this company since 2019, we have met with the head manager and CEO during our last visit to China. They were a pleasure to deal with and the 3 molds they made for us were producing perfect parts for our locking system, until we received our first customer complaint late last year, after examining the the lock the part Ominidex made for us, were not of the quality nor the specifications we requested, these parts were meant to last 10+ years and were failing after 6 months leaving guests stuck in rooms. We reported the issue to the company and they were wanting to change us to make the modification, after discussing the fact that this was not our fault as they didn't follow instructions we agreed to go 50-50 on fixing the 1000 parts we had in stock, we sent back 100 pcs for them to re-coat them with a stronger material, we had many zoom conference calls were all measurements and specifications were discussed again. They sent us the first samples, and these were not fitting in together so the handle would not turn, we reverted back to them and they worked on another set of samples, which were sent back to us and the issue was still there however they were so close to get it right, but after this we never heard back from them. We get no reply to our emails, they don't answer our phone calls.
