One Day Deals review: Customers service

For starters I love big 5  and your cooperation. Hello my name is Warren Newton I'm a big fan of your guys One Day Deals I open up email every evening to see what you guys have on sale for you one day deal every single day I am a local residents that live in rancho Cordova California. The store located on Folsom boulevard and shop at your store at least three  times a week in stores never online. On July 10th was only Wednesday about 5:30 or 6:00 came into store on Folsom boulevard to check out what's on sell for the one day deal which I am a pretty ty big knife collector so I got the machete knife that was on sale for the one-day deal and the tactical flashlight as well and was looking for the Boeing knife 14 in with you guys had but you guys couldn't find I don't understand why but no biggie so go home later on that evening I'll check out what's on sale the next day for the one day deal in which I saw the Ninja sword knife I believe that 26 in or something like that and I really liked it and wanted it so I went there which was on July 11th 2024 at 7:45 15 minutes before you guys were about to close I believe I had a very hard day at work very hot outside as well and just wanted to hurry up and grab two of those knives that I seen on the one day deal I walk walk straight to where your knives and tactical flashlights the manager that was on the floor that evening that dealt with me the day before when I bought the tactical flashlight and the machete he comes out of the office deal were the knives are he walked kind of by me but quite a few feet away by me and I said hello how are you I'm back seen something om sale you didn't say anything to me and just kept walking by and went up to the front counter check out I sat there for about I want to say less than a minute and a half at the most manager started walking up to me I wish I caught his name but bald white guy not too big little guy and he had his shirt over his nose there was a lady that was working at the register helping customers check out and what he had said in front of everyone with his shirt over his nose he looked at me and said excuse me sir can you please leave and I said why what's wrong is there a problem or something and he's had said no there's nothing wrong with you just need to leave please and I was very polite and nice and was like why I have done nothing wrong I just wanted to grab one thing or two from the one day deal with his shirt over his nose still he said could you please just leave couldn't tell me why or anything it was very much embarrassing and humiliating how he made me feel and basically discriminated against me in front of other employees and customers does any ask me again could you please you have to just leave and so I did I set out there for about 5 minutes mind boggled by what the heck just happened now I don't know if you were trying to say that I stink or something which I don't no because he never even told me why I had to leave now I'm very much embarrassed and worried about getting picked on I and humiliated  it in front of again so how long will floor manager made me feel I thought about it made a couple phone calls talk to you in a couple of lawyers just want to let you guys know hopefully we can work something out or I'm going to have to make a demand letter and if we can't come to an agreement then we'll just have to go to civil lawsuit it's all on camera I don't understand why I had to be treated and discriminated against I have a wife and five kids that I just love my house from him if I would have smelt or something like that my family would have told me something now I can set you for manager handmade that evening was very unprofessional and I was very embarrassed humiliated and in front of customers& staff hope to hear from you this has been on my mind for the last day and a half hope to hear from you soon thank you so much for your time for reading this
