Dear Kogan Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent charge of $129.72 that was deducted from my account. I purchased a product from Kogan's website a month ago, and the shipping was free. However, I was not aware that this free shipping was part of a free trial membership that would later convert into an annual membership costing $129.72.
I believe the policy regarding the free trial and subsequent membership charge is not clearly visible on your website at the time of purchase. As a non-native English speaker, it was particularly difficult for me to understand these terms, and I feel this lack of clarity is quite misleading.
Furthermore, I find it quite unreasonable and abusive to charge the full annual membership fee in one go without clear and upfront communication.
Additionally, I have left Australia and returned to my home country on June 29th, and I will not be able to use this annual membership.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request the cancellation of this membership and a full refund of the $129.72 charged to my account.
