Travelers Indemnity Company of Connecticut review: Covering damage done to my car from accident

I was hit by a 4 door GMC Denali 2500 pickup truck on 5/2/2024 at 10:30am in a Sams Club parking lot at 1375 E Ontario Ave, Corona Ca 92881. This person was 100% at fault but Travelers denied my claim since the only witness was me. The driver of the pickup denied hitting me since he felt nothing on impact.I'm unable to view store video. Filed a police report with Corona Police ( # [protected] , Officer ID# 005303 ) but they won't go in to review the video. I've submitted plenty of evidence to Travelers but they still denied my claim. We were both backing out at the same time. I actually had shifted my car out of reverse and was in drive pulling away but the pickup was going faster and exceeded the appropriate needed distance and came way back into my space and hit the back of my truck. I got him to pull over in the parking lot, showed him the damage and exchanged insurance and drivers license info. I also took pictures of my car damage and the back of his truck which was not damaged at all. At first I thought it was the ball on the trailer hitch that hit me and sent the ground to damage height dimensions into Travelers. They said the height of the ball and my damaged didn't match and my claim was denied. After looking at pictures of this type of truck I saw it was the corner bumper that hit my car. I have a friend that has this same style truck and I measured the bumper height on his truck and also backed my car up to his bumper and the damage and bumper height were a dead match.
