Online Minibus Hire Limited review: Awaiting refund

I booked an airport transfer with OMBH for early morning 24th June 2023 from Newcastle Airport to Irvine, Scotland. I provided them with my flight number incase of delays to keep them informed. Upon finding out I was delayed I directly contacted the driver and he said alternative transport would be organised by OMBH. I then never heard from the driver and OMBH again with no bus arriving. This led us to spending approximately £60 each on trains home. I have since contacted OMBH numerous times over Whatsapp and email requesting a full refund which amounts to around £500, to which I am now being completely ignored. Please help me get my money back. Would highly advise against OMBH.
