Ordered this as seen on tv product in July and they are still onbackorder. The company does not have the supply for the demand. Children are waiting and there is nothing that can be done. Do not want to order from them again. Bad Business

Michael Griggs Lafayette, Indiana: I ordered slushy magic online June 2011, when I placed my order online I was automatically enrolled in a "savings club" which they charge your card $17 monthly, a week later I get an email stating that I am successfully enrolled in their "savings club" however I get a separate email stating that they had a problem and could mot process my card for my slushy magic order. " Now how the hell can they charge me monthly for a savings club yet could not charge my slushy magic order?" on my second attempt at slushy magic I called the number that they give you on tv and I get a nice lady that is sympathetic to me, yet tells me she has no idea how to get ahold of the actual company, they only tale orders... So I ordered again this time through a human operator (July 2011) shortly after I recieve an email stating they are on "back order"... it is now ( 2 sept) where in the hell is my slushy magic? I did a google search for slushy magic scam and found this site. Good luck . And if anyone from slushy magic reads this my 7 year old daughter thanks you everytime your commercial comes on.
I agree about this being a scam. Not only have my slushy magics not arrived, but I receive several phone calls a week from their partners trying to get me to buy other stuff. I've emailed a complaint and asked that they do not call me. I've tried calling them, but their number is always busy.
IM on the THIRD month! This business is [censored]...INSTEAD i was enrolled in a club and my card debt without my permission...its too bad they.. Exploit kids for others monetary gain!
THIS IS A BIG RIPOFF. I GOT ONE AT SHOPKO AND THE BOX SAID THE CUBES WOULD FREEZE IN 2 TO 3 HOURS. They were in the freezer for about 5 hours and they still weren't completely frozen. I tried to make a slushy and it just BARELY slushed.
I agree that this slushy majic is no good! I brought one for my daughther at rite aid pharmacy she put the cubes in the freezer and waited for the cubes to freeze. Once they freezed she put them in the cup and put the juice in shook it up and then we tasted it. I didnt notice but lucky my daughter is twelve years old and not three years old as said for the ages on the box.My daughter said mom this taste like salt water i said it shoud'nt so i told her not to drink it to pour it out and give me the cubes.I inspected the cubes and noticed that one of the cubes had a tiny pin hole in it leaking the salt water out that was in the cubes.I'm very upset because its made for children 3-up so its suppose to be much safer.So if this company reads this can someone please e-mail or write me on a way i can get a refund back or we might can try a replacement please.I just purshased it three days ago.E-Mail (longtanyika@yahoo.com)
My children received slushy magic for christmas. The slushy cubes contain a black mold. Sent company an email and waiting to hear from them.
