I purchased a sheepadoodle puppy from Allstar Acres OES, now called OopsyDaisyDoodles, in April of 2021. The purchase price was $2,000 and the puppy came with a health contract. Before the first vet visit we noticed the puppy did not respond to noise. Our vet confirmed that our puppy had hearing loss. The breeder was informed about the puppy's problem via text. The breeder responded and said she was unaware of any problems and would look into it. That was the last we heard from the breeder. I sent a second text with a request, not for a refund, not for a replacement puppy, only for help training a dog with hearing loss. My second text was ignored. I received no response from the breeder. I sent a follow up text and again received no response.
Desired outcome: I would like a response and not to be ignored. I've already paid hundreds for special one-on-one training and would like to be reimbursed. If not, I will be going to small claims court
