Optionsxo review: They took money without my notice

I have opened two accounts in OPTIONSXO. I didn’t know it and found out that they have withdrawn money from these two accounts without my agreement. I called to the customer services and asked to return all money back, because they didn’t have rights to take money from my account. But the rep said that I needed to trade and money would be returned in the end of the month. Blah-blah. I have even filled the form and didn’t get any new information or money. Waste of time.
