Orthofit review: Shoes 1

Do Not Buy From Them! These shoes are not orthopedic. They came in a plastic bag with Chinese labels with a separate bag of Chinese labeled inserts. They do not honor their 30-day risk free return policy. I have been exchanging emails with them for over a week. Each email asking me for pictures of my problem and reminding me of the return policy. The return policy clearly states that I'd have to pay return shipping which I told them I understood. My first email explained that I was unhappy with the quality of the shoes, but that they were too big also. After a few emails telling me they needed pictures (which shouldn't be necessary with a Risk Free 30 Day Wear Test), they then started sending me offers of discounts. First 15%, then 20%. They told me it would be too exorbitant to return the shoes to "their international return center" so I might as well take the discount and keep the shoes. I said I should be given the address to determine for myself what it would cost me to return the item. Instead, they offered me another discount. After finally telling them that I had no interest in keeping a product that didn't fit, they finally sent me a return address in NJ. Since I am now very skeptical after I have received several emails from them (all, by the way, sent in the middle of the night) and not one included a phone number of address, I decided to search the return address they finally sent to me after 5 requests. When I researched the address online, I found complaints on Complaintsboard.com of products being shipped from that address at 3 Lincoln Drive, NJ. 007004. Also, isn't it curious that there are no negative reviews at theorthofitstore.com? Certainly someone has been unhappy with thousands of shoes sold. I did write a negative review and as of today, it does not appear.
