They prey on women who get gifts, not knowing the value of these gifts, so they can screw them on payment for much less than its worth. I sent in a gold ring with diamonds and a half carat saphire, a ring I paid $250 for. They offered me $30 for it. They claim they pay high value for rings, but on the print out sheet that detailed my payment, they said they pay $0 for colored stones and $0 for small diamonds. Shouldn't this information be on their website? I demanded they return it, and it took them 17 days to send it back. They also promised to send it back with insurance, and they did not. I will never use them again, and I recommend you do not either.
