My bill is 3 times the usual amount. I had direct tv. Cancelled it. Internet was linked to directv. Each time I called to find out why I was being over charged for my internet no representative could provide me with an answer. Kept transferring me. Got disconnected numerous times. I had to figure it out myself. Got directv back and the overages discontinued. Now I have an extremely high bill. Would not have if they would have simply informed me.
