I ordered Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop, 15.6 inch Full HD IPS Display, Intel Core i3-1115G4 Up to 4.1GHz (Beat i5-1030G7) Processor, 20GB RAM, 1TB SSD, WiFi 6, Windows 11 Home in S Mode, Bundle with JAWFOAL. What I received was has 8GB ram and 256 GB SSD, Intel core i3 and Windows 10. The box said it was upgraded to specifications (I received) 1 day before it shipped.
On line the one I ordered, when I ordered it said only 2 left in stock. In the “About this computer” on the physical computer itself it is a 2004 version upgraded just before I purchased it (like I said one day before it shipped).
I was given a credit for the supposed difference, but I still may return it.
Desired outcome: I would like to have what I ordered. I cannot wait until I’m credited for the return before I can make the next purchase.
