Purchased Pacific Maile 3 Ring Binder Portfolio online with Amazon on 10-30-21.

Product was delivered within one week.

Two days ago, the metal binder came loose — the rivet holding it to the binder broke — from the binder itself, rendering product inoperable.

This occurred less than 2 months after purchase.

I have not used this product heavily. I have not abused this product or misused it any way.

Desired outcome: (a) Replacement binder at no charge; (b) if replacement not possible, I want a full refund
