I was almost impossible to be able to order the products and get the company to accept pay pal. We tried over ten times to place an order of over $100, and ever, time it was lost as we tried to pay. We were not able to get the option of a credit card. We called for customer service, but got no answer after waiting over twenty minutes. This is unacceptable for a company dealing with the public. We called on December 16, 2024 at about 11:30 a.m.
Desired outcome: My husband would like to order from them if they would just make it easier. It is so close to our home.
