We purchased a dog from this business. Our dog was sick within a day of bringing home. The owner offered to "exchange" it. Who could exchange a new pet? He claimed he could nurse it to health. We had to take it to an emergency room. The dog was in and out of the hospital most of the first year of life. It was finally discovered that it has IBS and will for life with flare ups to be expected forever. The dog wasn't even bread on the premises when the final papers were sent out. Puppy mill. There are many other local people with similar stories.
This "mill" used to have a good reputation. I figured it still did. I wouldn't trade my pet for anything. I didn't know he quit breeding to turn into a "mill"
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I too purchased a teacup Yorkiepoo from pampered pups on April 4, 2018. My puppy passed away two days ago, September 4, 2018. birthday defects we were told. She had a heart murmur when I first brought her home from pampered pups. She had regular check ups at the vet, I just had her spayed and microchip a month ago. Two nights ago she began acting very strange I took her to the emergency room in the middle the night and she passed away. They only could say cause of death was a birth defect.
When I purchased my puppy from Jason it seemed very shady. He told me I could meet the parents at first. Then suddenly the parents were off the premises. Then he was going to get a babysitter to watch his kids and drive me off the premises to meet the parents. Then the babysitter canceled and I could not meet the puppies parents. Then he said he would send me pictures of my puppies parents, which never ever happened. He never took my calls or emails after the day I purchased my puppy. My family and I are heartbroken for the loss of our baby girl.
I hope something is done about these aweful people. The heart ache my families going through is unbearable. I have three children madly in love with our six month old puppy. We are devastated beyond words. So many things wrong with the picture when we went to go pick her up but we were blindsided by the excitement of a new puppy. If you’re looking for a puppy PLEASE read these words carefully. You don’t want to be in the same pain my family is right now. There were so many dogs on the premises we could hear but we were not allowed to see. Then we were told he has an offsite premises a half hour away but he won’t tell us where. It is a puppy mill for sure. We miss our puppy so bad. But I wish it would have listened to my instinct when we got there I knew something was all wrong
