PAN Emirates review: Online furniture

I will give 0 rating for Pan Emirates on customer service and how their team coordinates with each other.

I returned a dining table as I couldn't find matching chairs. Firstly, they deliver a dining table with two chairs and later asked me it was only dining table and not chairs, hence you should return chair. Just imagine why would you pay 275 AED just for a two seater dining table and take hassle to match the chairs online on their sites. So I decided to return and refund.

The customer service team doesn't want to look into the history of orders or complain and asks oh so this is my inquiry and pushes everything to the online team, which I am not sure exists, they say that team will call within the next 24-hour but nobody called me for 4 days. Thursday, 10 November complaint was raised and I was constantly following up with the customer service team as I found them lacking in coordination with the warehouse, and delivery and I don't know which other teams they deal with.

The returned item was picked up by the delivery team on 11th November 2022. When I called up customer service, they repeatedly say we apologise but they do not confirm if they have returned the item showing in their system. Again, one more fake promise, online team will call you within the next 24 hours I am not sure if I am going to receive any call.

I would never ever recommend Pan Emirates after this awful experience. Also, just a question, is an apology going to resolve my problem? I contacted customer service for accurate information, assistance, and a solution to the problem and not an apology...

If it's resolved, I will definitely try to re-think my review... But I am really unhappy with all experience I have at the moment.
