I purchased a bracelet off of this website for £46.89, and had an account with them as you have to have when you purchase. When I received the confirmation email I noticed the english was poor. I tried to log into my account and it said there was no record of my email address. I checked the address and the password on the email they sent me and it matched so I know there was no mistake. . I also sent an enquiry mail to the email address supplied to query this and the email bounced back. Are there any suggestions on what I can do or obtain my money back as I bought it for my daughters christmas present and money is tight. I cannot contact for refund as the email address is invalid. I purchased on a visa debit. Many thanks, Kerry Davis.

I also bought a bracelet off this site for a wedding anniversary present. The site comes up first on a google search for "Pandora bracelets UK" which made me think it must be ok. The email confirmation came back with really bad spelling mistakes and reference to a different website "www.Lanberry.com". Only then did I start researching the site and noticed all the bad grammar in the FAQ pages. Cue sinking feeling in the stomach. Now I have found a number of reviews such as this. I have not yet received the goods but now expect them to be worthless whether I receive them or not. I paid £50 but am glad I didnt pay more. As I used my VISA creditcard I am hoping I might get some money back. I have now cancelled my creditcard and ordered a new one. Very frustrated to now know that I have been had. ****Please dont let it happen to you****

Buyer beware - This company is a sham! They look legitimate but just try and contact them. All you get are non english speaking foriegners who cannot even translate. They have a return/refund policy that they do not honor. They sell inferior products not matter how much they profess to by .925 silver. CHEAP JUNK. That is what they sell. BUY AMERICAN! FORGET CHINA! It took 25 days to send an order but only two days to take your money. They have no intention of making a refund. I am not done yet.

I received the wrong charm... took over a month the come. When contacted they just keep asking for more money in order for me to get the correct charm. The bracelet itself is cheap and nasty. Very disappointed. Wish I found these reviews before going on this site. It looked so legit!

I just tried to buy 3 charms from pandorajewellery.uk.com and my payment was declined, I assumed because I was using a debit card instead of a credit card. Then I tried to buy something off Amazon and that was declined too so I rang the bank. They said someone had tried to buy something from and it was women‘s clothing/fashion. The amount was £1 something higher than what I had tried to buy on this site and she said it was possible because it was a Chinese company and it was going through on an exchange rate. I said the page looked legit and spoke about using DHL for delivery so I assume their UK based so it must have been someone trying to use my card for something else and had it cancelled, but then I googled the website and found these reviews...

Brought over £60 worth of this and was eventually sent items which were cheap rubbish and have noticed they have either deleted there page or had it removed and I just wondered if anyone has managed to get there money back and if they have how they have done it as that's a lot of money I cannot afford to loose!

Thank you in advance x

I spent over £60 with this website and waited at least 6 weeks before getting an email which was written with poor, broken English. I finally received the goods in the post the first thing I noticed was that it came from China and that there was not enough space for Packaging, when I opened the parcel it was cheap items that didn't even try and look like the items I ordered!
I notice the website is no longer up and I just wondered if anyone has been able to get there money back and how as £60 is a lot of money to loose!

Might have to go to trading standards!

Yes I ordered 3 rings value £40.
Then tried to get into the site to track my order when I put my email adress in to change my password.yws you have guessed.the site said the email address given is not registered with the site.

I have now cancelled my debit card.and the bank have forwarded me to their fraud team I have also said up a dispute with my bank to see if I can get my money back.
It will be a miracle if my rings turn up.

http://www.charmsgift.com/
http://www.eshoppandora.net/
they are all scams
I have filed transaction dispute with the bank, but it will take 8 weeks to investigate, and a possible outcome is to charge back the this ### merchant in China, but they can also refuse to pay...so the best thing is flag this scam and worn the banks not to allow any similar transactions. It is also possible that his ### registered hundreds of bank accounts, so all transactions are different. ...well can anyone suggest anything else we could do?

I made the same mistake it was TOO good to be true... I spent over $100 and never got any confirmation email then tried contacting them and NOTHING so I realized how stupid I was :-( I cancelled my cards and we'll from now on will only buy at truthful sites... Oh I forgot to mention that they were charging my credit card constantly with the same amount I spent... So by the time the cancel my account they already did 3 charges... Be aware please! Keep checking ur balance to make sure everything is ok!

Same thing has happened to me. Spent £60 and have had nothing.Because it was on Facebook I thought this was legitimate. Now have to cancel my cards just before Christmas. What a scam! Does Facebook have no responsibility for companies(!) who use their site?

Ordered over $119. For an inspirational braclet called royal romance and a necklace and earring set called shimmering lace. Took about a month to arrive and when I received the merchandise it was absolute junk jewelry not even Pandora merchandise as advertised on the web page. The braclet was supposed to be shades of cream, white and gold! What I got was turquoise white and silver that you can't tack off or put on any more beads. The necklace was supposed to look like lace and ended up looking like a tree. I have made at least ten attempts to get a refund but they either don't respond or they give you a tracking number stating that the order was shipped. I was devistated as these were to be Christmas presents so not only am I out money I had to purchase more gifts of Christmas. I never expected the order to come from China please do not order from this site as it is a scam. I will attach pictures of merchandise I received. Buyer beware!

I have fallen victim to this scam! I paid £120 for 9 charms and they are all completely fake. They are too big for my bracelet and do not have the official pandora stamp on them. I have tried logging into my account but surprise surprise I don't have one. I have sent them a message via their contact us section, as well as sending emails to the two email address they have used to contact me about my order. I am highly disappointed and rather angry especially as their website brags about being legit

I bought a pandora charm from them. It took a few weeks to come and when it did it was cheap rubbish not even pandora. I have tried to get a refund but it won't let me on the site at all. I have emailed the address which my confirmation was sent from with no reply. This is definitely a scam and I have lost out on my £25 that I paid for it. Has anybody got any ideas how I can try to get it back please?

Don't purchase from estore-Pandora.co.uk I ordered a ring, they advertised authentic Pandora, not so further more they sent a ring three sizes larger than ordered. Since receiving my ring and reporting them to Pandora and my bank, they are no longer on Internet, funny that. Pandora does not sell cheap, so only purchase from estore-net.

Hello there, I work for Barclays and I was just going through the reviews on here about the many calls we have been receiving in regards to this Pandora/China company scam. Please do not purchase or use this website. It has been registered as a fraud website. We have been receiving calls about customers making transactions to this company and immediately receiving texts from their bank asking them if they have attempted a transaction to a Chinese company. Do not buy footwear, clothing or jewelry online unless you know for a fact that the website is genuine.
You can look out for the following:
Spelling/grammatical mistakes in the website.
Transactions being declined by your bank.
Transactions on your statement you don't recognize going out to a company in China.
Transaction amount being slightly higher than what you agreed for.
Always look out for reviews on the internet or contact your bank when ever you are in doubt.
It is absolutely horrid that these people scam other people for a living. But we can never be 100% cautious 100% of the time, hence if you ever face a situation like this in the future. Do not hesitate to contact your bank.
Barclays.co.uk also has a page on 'Be Fraud Smart' which will give you tips on how to keep yourself and your account safe.

I ordered 3 pandora rings costing £30 from a site advertised on Facebook on Black Friday weekend, it looked like the proper Pandora site, when I received my e-mail confirmation it was from China and a site called 'newstyledress'. I can't get intouch with them there is no e-mail address and no contact number. Again too good to be true.

Order thru pandoraforlove.com on December 10 and merchandise has not arrived. Of course the website padonraforlove.com does not have a contact number so we can reach a customer service rep. My credit card was charged by a third party company name YSTP-triservices, who does not exist and it has been reported as a scam.
