Hello! I had a really bad experience visiting your store in Santa Clarita (Westfield) on April 12th. I entered the store at 7:30pm, and grabbed 10-12 pieces of clothes to try on. I was refused in trying it on, the fitting rooms were closed. They were not opened after my request. Okay, I decided to buy all those clothes to try them on home and to refund all that do not fit me. A cashier noticed that you guys have no refund at all. How can I buy clothes at your store if your fitting rooms are closed, and there is no refund either? That was really bad experience, I will never return to your store again. That's a shame, because you have really good stuff though.
