I have purchased 2 properties from Paragon Properties of Costa Rica located in Hollywood, FL. I purchased these properties almost 5 years ago and was told that the first property in Heights of Pacifica, Phase 3 would be ready for building within 18 months. I have a deed that shows that I could build a home for $58.00 a square foot. About 2 years ago I 2was sent this beautiful brochure showing all these beautiful homes. Since then I've made 3 trips to view my properties and everything is at a stand still. Most of the personnel that were with the company in Florida, namely Lyle Wexler and Kenny Gold are long departed for all kinds of ridiculous reasons and the few that are remaining are very evasive to any questions. The way I see it, I'm out $55, 000.00 and these con men could care less. For what its worth I think anyone and all who read this should ban together and file a class action suit freezing any and all their assets before they disappear. I meet Bill Gayle in January of 2005 and wound up purchasing a lot in Heights of Pacifica Phase 1. in March of 2005. $20.000 later. After reading all the information and the Class Action Suit against these Frauds. What is the status of the Land it self, Did they ever have ownership of this land? Is our document real or is it a useless piece of paper. Do we own the land, if so are we able to any thing with it? Is it tied up in this Class Action Suit.?
We need to gather all the involved people up and hire a firing squad, just for the satisfaction.

I was defrauded for $25K, and the reason why it is less than most, is because I smelled a rat from the very beginning, but kept myself in vivid denial. You have to admit, that the whole fraud was very well orchestrated, and everyone was up against a bunch of mobsters with college educations, and with lifelong family ties, out of Miami Beach. It is a sad picture for the Jewish community, the Florida Bar, the Florida Real Estate Commission, Florida State Department, Department of Regulations and Licensing, and all of us who where blatantly cheated out of thousands of dollars. These crooks are living off the 50 millions that they defrauded from the 1200 persons who were defrauded, and even though reported to all kind of Law Agencies, not one of them is performing any investigation.
