Paramount Plus has been charging me on two email accounts but through the same PayPal account. Therefore, they should have known they were double billing me. I was sick, with lung cancer and not watching my accounts as closely as I normally do. I cancelled one of my accounts online but that is when I figured out I was being double billed. I went to chat online and was told the only thing that they could do was offer me a 30% discount on my next year of service. What an insult! I've paid for four years, but only got two years of service and when I cancelled, they at least offered me a 50% discount. I'm working on getting my disability, so I have no income right now. I sure as heck couldn't afford to pay 70% of $119.99.
