My wife asked me to buy a new carpet to our bedroom. I came to Parrys Carpets and chose one I liked. I paid part in cash and part from credit card. Then they told that they didn’t get the money from my account. I called to NAB and they told that money was transferred. They are lying to me.
Parry's Carpets Perth WA, a company to avoid.. They provide nothing but trouble and take your money without providing a service.. Bad company!
This company have taken my money (PARRY'S CARPET PERTH WA) and not provided a service.. They provide no refund.. EVEN WHEN THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A SERVIC... DO NOT USE THEM
An absolutely shocking company to deal with. No customers service. The contractors who fit are of the same substandard as Parrys themselves. Avoid this shambles of a company at all costs. They are dirty cowboys and daylight robbers. Yours faithfully, a customer who has 2 shocking pieces of carpet fitted and out of pocket $1, 700. One defective carpet and one with a dirty great join near the window and room is only 2.9mtrs wide. Not an Australian run company which would explain a lot! DO NOT USE PARRYS CARPETS
Do not pay for the whole job till they have completed the job to a standard. As they promise everything but deliver nothing.
I am now looking at repainting a whole room, just from the damage while they fitted carpet
Well I think Parrys is a fantastic company. They wouldn't be operating fro 30 years unless they have been doing great things. I have purchased from them 3 times now and every time they offered great product at very good prices. From their sales staff all the way through to the installation was easy and stress free. The layers even helped move some furniture for me. I couldn't recommend them enough. As for the comment about it not being Australian run - absolute false.
Came across this site and was disgusted to read the rubbish written about Parrys. I had carpet laid and purchased some timber flooring them earlier this year and I love it. I think some people today are complaining about the smallest of issues.
