I ordered a pinata for my child's birthday party. This pinata was very poor quality. The kids could not break the pinata, my husband had to cut the pinata open. Pinatas are suppose to be broken open with a bat after several kids hit it. Needless to say the kids were very disappointed! I contacted party zone to make them aware of our disappointment, but they never responded. This company does not stand behind their products & their customer service is horrible. I will be telling all of my family & friends of the terrible products & service. This is the last time you will be stealing my money!
I too have had horrible service. Our pinata was broken so bad we were unable to use for our son's birthday party. He was very disappointed. We attempted to contact party zone USA but they never responded. This company has horrible customer service. They just take you hard earned money. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company!

Wow... really?!? Every time my wife has ordered from them we've been more than pleased. We've probably ordered at least 5 or 6 times and ALL the orders came fast and correctly filled.

THEN in this post she states that it arrived broken. Which is "Brad's mom"? you cant have it both ways!
