I thought that I was using a reputable company to file my 2010 taxes last night. The software asked almost everything that H & R Block did but when I input my credit card number, the screen flipped out and no receipt was provided to me. I went looking through their Web site only to find that there is no contact information, no phone number, no address of the compnay. I did some googling today and found out that the company is in NY, I beleive it was Corona. I paid $64.95 and I wnat my money back. When I log into their site to get a status update, it says that it was emailed to me. They did NOT email me anything. I added them to my safe list as soon as it flipped out after entering in my credit card info. I emailed the support team and asked for a phone number to contact them and asked if I could print off my tax reutrn and someone just emailed me back asking for an account number, which there isn't one or my social, or my User ID. so that they could provide me with an update and that they couldn't help me using the Yahoo email that they forced me to open. I gave them my ss number and my User ID and I haven't heard anything back from them. I sent my husband to the bank to cancel that transaction and they told him to contact the company. Tomorrow if there is any money left in that account, I will be withdrawing it all. I explained to him, again, that there is no contact information that is why I am so excited. This company is bogus and I see that another woman has filed a complaint and received her money back. That is all I am asking for. I am not completey saitisfied and want my money back. They didn't even offer to file the return electronically like H & R Block would have done for me but it was an old tax return year filing and H & R Block only does the current year filing. I also used them but did some research before paying, after reading your post.

All I could conclude is that you have no complaint and that your just "Excited" confused.
I too was scammed and I want my money back! Does anyone have a phone no. for them? Can't find one on their website or a address! They charge an outrageous on my credit card!
I TOO GOT RIPPED OFF BY THIS GREEDY CRIMINALS!...I also navigated the software and paid extra to have my forms review by a "so called specialist" and when the PDF files where sent to me via Email they were BLANK...They have no phone number I sent them an email and they never responded bottom line I had my bank CHASE reverse the charge but the Greedy Criminals from Pastyeartax.com told my bank that they had evidence that I had use their service therefore they were keeping the money..my advice to everyone DONT USE THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE ###! ...Chase Bank gives terrible service their claims department is in India somewhere overseas their service is TERRIBLE ...YOU BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY FROM PASTYEARTAX.COM &; CHASE BANK.!
I was scammed by this freaking company too! They sent me an order number saying to login and check my status. The status had pending for a couple of hours and then it had emailed next to it. I have not received any email other than the order number. I contacted them through email because they have no contact number! They said they show no account with the email I used and to give them my social! [censored] ridiculous! I replied with the email they sent me to prove they have to correct email and have heard nothing else. My bank cant stop the charge, they said they can only make a claim after it goes through and even that doesn’t guarantee that I will get my money back! Plus they have all my information! Do not use pastyeartax.com!

The irs link is also a scam on their website. You will notice that it directs you to or appears to be the irs website. However, open up another tab and type in the irs site and you start to notice the difference.
