Oh where do I begin. I should have known that things were going to go bad when it took two weeks for Patricia Leonard to call me back about hiring her to take pictures of my wedding. I thought the price was ok. She sounded nice. She arrived at my wedding an hour late for pictures. So we were rushed before I was ready to walk down the isle. I found out that she was rude and mean to some of my guest. Not to mention I saw her a few times at the bar drinking and smoking after she took pictures for an our at the reception. She told me that the proofs would be reading in a week. I called her a week later, and she said that they were still not ready. It has been three months since I talked to her last she still has not given me my pictures. Her business is closed no longer their. How do I get my money back. I paid in full. I will never have any of those memories again.

I also hired Patricia Leonard, she was a brilliant a new photographer in town in New Ulm Minnesota. We were not able to purchase photos immediately and paid for a very large package up front that included a number of ammenities such as custom thank yous, a small 5X7 album and a 14" X 16" photo on top of all the picture time. We chose to take the credit for these items as we wanted a much larger album and many of the pictures but just not the ones included. This was almost $700.00! I received a letter when Patricia was closing her business and moving that if I wanted my pictures and didn't want to basically lose my memories forever I needed to order the proof CD by a certain date and for several hundred dollars. I inquired about my credit use, I wanted this CD. She ignored me so I not only lost the $700.00 but I had to pay about an extra $400.00 for my CD.

I was also very disappointed with some of my pictures as there wasn't the attention to detail I expected for her calibur. DON'T EVER HIRE HER, SHE IS A THEIF!
