PayActiv I downloaded the Payactiv app

I downloaded the Payactiv app. One morning last week I kept getting messages that someone added cards to my acct. A few cards were added to my account that I didn't recognize and a bank account and someone transferred money to their card from my account. I contacted the company the via help chat Immediately to explain I had fraud on my acct and they ended my chat without even talking to me. I then called the number provided noone answered at all. It wasn't until my wife left a review that someone reached out via email then I received a call at 8pm. The fraud department said that there was no fraud and all those cards added were mine because it came from my phone. I tried to explain I have no cards ending in that number and told then that I didn't add those cards that someone is in my acct. I asked if he could see the name of the person associated to that card (because when you upload any card you have to put your name and card number etc) because he claimed he could see all the details. He said no he can't see card information or track the card information. I also saw a second phone logged into my acct in the app because it shows you all the devices that are logged in and I explained there was indeed a second device logged in that morning that wasn't mine and I had to remove it and change my password. But he kept saying he can't see that activity which is strange. I don't understand how they can't see activity on THEIR own app, doesn't make sense. He just said that they will not give me the money back. So no explanation on how those random cards ended up on my acct. I really feel like this is fraud or something is being covered up. Then I requested for my whole acct to be closed and he said it was already closed but when I log in it's still active. I would like this investigated and I'm not letting this issue go because this is unbelievably ridiculous. Please help me with this matter.

I was originally issued a card and decided to use it advance some of my paycheck. Things were going well then suddenly my purchases started declining. I called in to ask about it the lady (I wrote her name down) was professional and nice. She asked my card number expiration date etc. when I gave her the expiration date she said ma'am are you sure I said yes. She said I had another card. I said well this is the only card I have and she asked what card number etc was my app showing. I told her the same info. She put me on a brief hold and came back on the line and said there is another card but she can link the card I currently have. I said ok that's fine. So I was able to use my card up until that following Friday. So Monday morning I called to tell them my card wasn't working again. The guy I spoke to (wrote his name down also) was not nice kind of sarcastic and rude. He said my card info I gave didn't match what he had and that I had a another card. I told him the last person I talked to said the same thing and I didn't have. A new card she was supposed to activate the one I have. He kept cutting me off saying that I have a new card and there's nothing he can do about it but issue me a new card. I said how can you issue a new card if I supposedly have a new one already? None of this is making sense and from there he started being a sarcastic ***. I asked for a manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes nobody ever picked up. I waited a few days and called back this time I got an operator that never transferred me to card services. Instead she said she put in a ticket to link my card it could take up to 72 hours. I waited and waited that never happened. Now here we are with $361 of my dollars that I can't touch and nobody from this company can seem to get their stuff together. This entire process has been going on since December 8th. This is frustrating and I'm getting no help. I'm out of my $361 this is upsetting.

PayActiv Payactiv is a company that partnered with my employer and offers pay advance on the money I have already earned but not been paid for yet

Payactiv is a company that partnered with my employer and offers pay advance on the money I have already earned but not been paid for yet. For over three months they have been making my pay (for a fee of course) available after providing them a copy of my current time sheet. Supposedly my working hours were supposed to be updated automatically in the app automatically, but never one time was that so. I always had to message in and speak with customer service provide time sheet and the updated manually. It had been like this from the start of my business with them until the last time they updated my hours on 08/16/2022 at 4:34pm. Which is when they last updated my hours and made funds available. I contacted them again Thursday asking for my hours to be updated. Their response was that they would escalate my issue and I would be contacted back within 24-48 hours. After asking why would they not update them as per every other transaction they said the procedure changed and my hours would only be updated when they received them from my employer. Without any notice or any type of contact to make me the customer aware of this change nor did they try reaching out to my employer. They simply just decided to change things and tell me to get over it. I was never contacted by a supervisor after numerous requests nor did a single rep make the slightest attempt to help find a resolution. I have included screen shots of their mission statements and advertising directly from their website. I am a low income hourly wage employee that literally depended on their promised/advertised services to get by. So you can imagine my dismay when they treated me so poorly and did not care in the least bit what a terrible situation they left me in nor made absolutely no attempt at a resolution. It is terrible to have a business agreement terminated/ modified with no kind of notification after previous months with no issues, just taken away for no reason.

PayActiv I am enrolled in Payactiv Direct which is a prepaid card

I am enrolled in Payactiv Direct which is a prepaid card. card gives ability to stash money in a savings goal. My pay is direct deposited on card. card was locked on 10/24. called and had card unlocked on 10/25. after card was unlocked I lost ability to transfer money from savings goal onto card to spend. I have $474.34 in savings goal that I have requested to be moved onto card so I can access funds. I have called total 14 times as of today and exchanged over 20 emails with representatives saying they can help. one agent even told me my money was in an imaginary place. I have been told my case was escalated and ask to provide screenshots of my funds available. I have provided multiple screenshots only to receive no response and then someone else gets my case and asks me to provide screenshots again. I have confirmed by telephone that those screenshots have been received. one agent told me by email to add employer info to profile and that would resolve issue. I called to have employer info added and agent told me that was not necessary. I was hung up on twice yesterday. ask to speak with manager and was transferred to a department where nobody answers phone. I was given phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX and the phone just rings. I feel like this company is running me in circles and all I want is to be able to access funds that are in my savings goal. I need them to be transferred onto card so I can spend them. I have been at this since Monday 10/25 trying to get this resolved. agent I spoke with yesterday kept trying to talk over me. I have dreaded every day having to call these people because I know there will be no resolution. so far 3 different people have emailed me asking for screenshots and it goes nowhere. I keep getting told 24 hrs to fix this but today is day 3. There was $80 that I transferred from savings to the card on 10/24 that is totally unaccounted for. Savings goal is titled rainy day fund is showing as an archived goal in the app.

PayActiv I just need you to know that I cannot describe how much stress and anguish this company has caused me

I just need you to know that I cannot describe how much stress and anguish this company has caused me. So after failing to enroll me after almost two weeks of trying due to PayActiv failing to re enroll me (I am a company rehire), I was finally able to get access to my funds on yesterday. I submitted a withdrawal on 8/31 around 9pm EST, and received a confirmation text ( see attached screenshot). Around 12pm on 9/1 I had more available funds so I submitted another withdrawal but going to a different bank, as is my prerogative and choice. After not receiving either deposit today I reached out to PayActiv. At first the rep told me that the transactions didn't make it out of the processing period before the blackout days, which I knew nothing about by the way. But I submitted a transaction last night, and it allowed me to submit an additional one this morning. I received confirmation texts including a deposit date of today. The case was escalated to a supervisor as it wasn't due to my error but PayActivs. I then received a call from him stating that the transactions were rejected by BOTH banks . Naturally, I reached out to them individually through chat (for record keeping purposes) and screenshot each conversation. They BOTH said they never received any transactions, and if they had they would have notified me of its rejection. So in essence, I withdrew $314 and didn't receive it, and won't have access to it because of the blackout days. And lied to me about why, blaming two separate financial institutions that I have dealt with for years. I honestly feel like this is a case for the ***, and not solidly based off just today; but rather the whole entire experience that started the day I entered training. It wasn't a loan , I was trying to access the money I earned. I am disheartened and very disappointed. Something has to be done because if it was done to me I can't imagine the countless of others in more dire situations that this has been done too.

PayActiv I started using Payactive as a way to get to extra money faster and of course it is taken out of my check

I started using Payactive as a way to get to extra money faster and of course it is taken out of my check. Once you start it you have to keep getting it just to accommodate what you are missing. Every pay period they have taken $504.00 out of my check and they only make available $345.00 or sometimes less. This started happening 60 days ago or more. I have reached out to them and they ask me to send a check stub and I do. They ask me for a check stub every pay period and it clearly states on my check stub that I am a salaried worker, meaning I am guaranteed my 80 hours. They have come up with something stating that I have to have the hours accumulated and I sent the check stub again and they made the money available. Now, I am dealing with it all over again and they still have not given me the remainder of my availability. They don't understand that people have bills and things they have to take care of outside of this and they have caused more mental anguish on me. I am tired of it and this last email they told me to send a picture of my timesheet and it needs to have my employee ID and other things on there. I have sent so many pictures of my check stubs and each one of them state that I am a salaried worker and after 60 days of check stubs it is still the same and my employee ID is on it as well. This is ridiculous and they have caused more harm than good. I will add the most recent email and attach one of the emails from me sending my check stub as well. The bad part about this is when I asked my workers are they being done this way, they all tell me no. They are able to access all of their money when payday hits on Friday. My workers are hourly, but again my check stub says salaried worker. I am no rocket scientist, but I do know what a salaried worker is. I deserve more than just a fix because they have caused me to be late on bills and I have incurred late fees that I try to always avoid. The attachments are just some of the issues I have had.

Date of transaction: 11/08- paydate/deduction date on 11/08 for the pay period of 10/15-10/28. The amount that was supposed to be deducted is $***. PayActiv is a Public Benefit Corporation, a financial-wellness platform that provides employees on-demand access to earned but unpaid wages. Payactiv allows the staff of partnered company's to receive an "advance" on wages for which they've already worked, but for which they have not yet been paid. Unlike a loan, PayActiv gives you an advance on your own earned wages. Payactiv over-deducted my check in the amount of $*** on 12/08 when the actual deduction amount is only supposed to be $***. I made the initial claim on 11/16 that a possible over deduction had occurred, I emailed pictures of my pay-stubs and was told that it would take 24-48 hours for the claim to investigated by Payactiv and for a resolution to be determined. I contacted Payactiv on 11/18, asking for an update or a determination and was told that I would receive an email within 15-20 minutes. I never received an email or any response. I called Payactiv again on 11/19 and was told by Payactiv support that no claim had been filed. I then emailed my paystubs to Payactiv again on 11/19 and was told that the claim had been filed and that it would Payactiv 24-48 to investigate and determine any discrepancies. On 11/21 I contacted Payactiv again, asking for an update or status on my claim and was told again for the 3rd time that there had been no claimed ever filed. I emailed my documents again and was told to wait a few days and someone will call me on 11/26 I contacted Payactiv again was told by 2 senior representatives and 2 supervisors that no claim has ever been made, we filed the claim AGAIN. the supervisor *** called 1 hour after the last claim made the only deducted $*** refused to show me that document claimed it was highly confidential, hung up and will not answer my calls now.

PayActiv I signed the company I work for up to use Payactivs services

I signed the company I work for up to use Payactivs services. It seemed like a great benefit to our employees. I figured why not. The idea is great, but *** do the exact same thing. The main difference is the customer service provided. The customer service provided by Payactiv is terrible in every way imaginable. Employees constantly come to me with issues they're having with the app, and my only option is to send them to customer service. When they don't get the help they're looking for they come back even more upset. Each employee I've sent to customer service has come back and said something to the effect of "it's so hard to get ahold of anyone. You call customer service and they tell you for faster service use the chat. You go to use the chat and they leave you sitting there for 10-15 minutes after each message you send or sometimes they start the conversation and never come back at all" We just started using this service at the beginning of September(this month) and i'm already looking at other options (which is how I know of ***). I've even had to escalate issues, because employees were being told "it'll be taken care of in 6 hours" and things weren't being done. It took tw employees over a week to get their account fixed. Each time they called they were told something to the effect of "i'm so sorry, i'll get this fixed by today don't worry" and the next day things still weren't done. I emailed the customer success team and the person who help set up our employer account with payactiv, and the responses given there were also lackluster. Just the generic "you did the right thing by bringing this to our attention, sorry it took us so long to get back to you" but no real plan of action. The reason the accounts issues got solved, is because my employees called to speak to someone daily, got lied to daily, went through that frustration , repeated the same information about what was wrong with their account daily. This cannot be okay

Same as the other person that filed on 10/27/22 I borrowed from this company on these dates (the difference being what I borrowed from what I paid back I assume is fees although was told if I had direct deposit there would be no fees, I set up direct deposit on second check) 7/4/22/7 borrowed 191.02 paid 203.96 on 7/28...7/18-7/31 borrowed 477.51 paid 502.41 on 8/11... 8/1/8 borrowed 262.62 paid 278.54 on 8/25... 8/15-8/28 borrowed 279.38 paid 288.31 9/08...8/29/9 borrowed 176.44 paid 187.40 9/22...9/12-9/25 borrowed 488.04 WAS TOLD SERVER ERROR ON 10/06/22 NO MONEY PAID UNTIL 10/20/22 This also kept me at a$500 limit they impose so I could not borrow money until it showed paid, however, as soon as the $500 was taken out on 10/20/22 my balance STILL SHOWED $500 EVEN THO THEY TOOK $500 THAT DAY. I contacted this payactiv multiple times starting 10/22/22 first through chat and repeatedly customer service reps would sign out after a min or two and a different rep would come on. Eventually someone asked me to send my pay stubs, I sent the last one they took the $500 out of nothing was done so I emailed again. Someone called and asked to have me send the prior two stubs before that. I sent EVERY STUB SINCE I STARTED AT MY JOB. My payroll person reached out to them and they said my account was correct that the $500 I owed was from a different pay period. There's no other part period this is all. I told them they better not take my check on 11/03/22, but of course they did, in the amount of $483.27. I did not owe this amount. I have screen shots showing I still owe $16.73 although in the same screen shot the weeks of 9/12-9/25 for money borrowed are still black and not green indicating I still haven't paid $500.. on 11/04 someone reached out and asked me to wait 24 hours before filling this complaint. It's been 3 days and no one answers now. They have my email and phone number as well as my corporate office number who can still reach me. I would advise against

PayActiv I started working for my job May 9, 2022 and they work with the company Payactiv, for employees to borrow money in between paychecks

I started working for my job May 9, 2022 and they work with the company Payactiv, for employees to borrow money in between paychecks. While waiting on my first pay check I borrowed $500.00 and $502.99 was taking out of my check on 6/3/22 to cover the $500.00 that was borrowed. Following that I borrowed right at $490.00 and $497.94 was taking out of my check 6/17/22. The last time I borrowed money from them was around the end of June, which I borrowed right at $450.00. There max to borrow is $500.00 per pay check. When I got paid on 7/1/22 they should have took the $450.00 out of my check but for some reason the only took $272.97 so I owed them right at $177.00, give or take a couple dollars. I never borrowed from them again after I borrowed the $450.00 that should have came out of my 7/1/22 check. When I received my check on 7/15/22 they took $632.90 out of my check, which I didn't owe them because I had borrowed nothing else from them, so nothing should have came out of my check, unless they took the $177.00 that I still owed them from when I borrowed the $450.00 and they only took $272.97. So I could understand them taking $177.00 that was still owed to them but not $632.00. I spoke with Payactiv 7/11/22 because I have the app on my phone and I just so happened to look at it and see that they planned on taking $632.90 out of my 7/15/22 paycheck and all they could tell me is that they would have the escalation team to get in contact with me. Nobody ever got in contact with me so me, my HR Department, and payroll department has been in touch with them several times a day every day and they keep sending us in a circle. They tell us to email them a copy of my paycheck stubs and it will be sent to the escalations department to be fixed. We have been through this process numerous times just to get told to do the same thing. I called and spoke with a lady on 7/15/22, and she said I would be reimbursed, instead they are now saying I owe them $213.03. I don't, they owe me.

They are no help they refuse to help anyone I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with them and did not get anyone that can speak English and they didn't help they still have my paycheck after someone hacked into my account they won't transfer the money to my new card
