Quicken Quicken Review: Signin' Issues and Customer Service Disappointments

I gotta say, I been using Quicken for a while now and it's been pretty good at keeping track of all my personal finances and business stuff. But lately, I been having some issues with signin' in. Like, what's the point of havin' a program that's supposed to help you keep track of your money if you can't even sign in to use it?

I ain't the only one havin' this problem either. Seems like there's been a bunch of reports about signin' issues. And yet, Quicken still ain't fixed it. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I mean, come on Quicken, get your act together. We pay good money for this program and we expect it to work properly. Ain't nobody got time for signin' issues. It's just plain baloney.

So, if you're thinkin' about gettin' Quicken, just be aware that you might run into signin' problems. And don't expect Quicken to fix it anytime soon.

Quicken Disastrous Experience with Quicken's Online Finance Management

I had a really bad experience with Quicken. I tried to use their website to manage my finances, but it was a total disaster. When I tried to make a payment, the site crashed and my credit card was maxed out. I was really upset and tried to call their customer service, but no one answered the phone. They said they would call me back within 3 hours, but they never did. I was really frustrated and angry. I don't recommend using Quicken if you want to manage your finances online.

Quicken Disappointed with Quicken: Software not working like it used to

I gotta say, Quicken ain't what it used to be. I been usin' this software since '92 and it's been a real lifesaver for my finances. But lately, it's been givin' me all sorts of trouble. I don't know what they did to it, but it's just not workin' like it used to.

I've tried everythin' they say to fix it, but nothin' seems to work. It's like they hired a bunch of monkeys to work on the software or somethin'. I mean, come on, Quicken! Get it together!

I'm really disappointed in this software. It used to be so reliable and easy to use. Now, it's just a big ol' mess. I don't know what to do. I'm thinkin' about switchin' to somethin' else, but I don't know if there's anythin' out there that's as good as Quicken used to be.

Overall, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed in Quicken. They need to hire some real software people to fix this junk. I hope they get their act together soon, 'cause I don't know how much longer I can put up with this.

Quicken Disappointed with Quicken's Recent Move to Monetize Software

I've been using Quicken's software for about 4 years now and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with their recent move. They turned off the software's ability to process manual downloads, which means you gotta upgrade if you wanna keep using it. And let me tell ya, I ain't about to pay for something that used to be free.

I've been on the lookout for a checkbook software package that doesn't require constant payments. I mean, come on Quicken, can't you just let us use the software we paid for without constantly trying to monetize it? It's getting ridiculous.

And don't even get me started on their products. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. Their software communicates with their back office every time you load it, and who knows what they'll try to monetize next. It's like they're always trying to find new ways to squeeze money out of their customers.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Quicken. I used to be a loyal customer, but now I'm just looking for alternatives. If you're thinking about using their software, I'd think twice. There are better options out there that won't constantly try to nickel and dime you.

Quicken Quicken Review: Outdated, Unreliable, and Frustrating Support

I gotta say, I'm not a fan of Quicken. I've been using it for a hot minute, since like 2004, and let me tell ya, they don't know how to make the old stuff work with the new stuff. I lost like half a year's worth of data because they couldn't open the backup file that said it was backed up successfully. Like, what's the point of backing up if it doesn't actually work, am I right?

Their support team is straight up garbage, too. They just keep repeating the same stuff that doesn't work and it's a total waste of time. I've spent like 12 hours on the phone with them and I'm about ready to take this to the attorney general in NY state.

Also, they're not exactly the most tech-savvy folks out there. If you're using anything other than Windows XP, they're basically clueless. Like, come on, it's 2021, get with the program.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Quicken to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find something else.

Quicken Switching from Quicken to Quickbooks: A Better Financial Management Solution

I had a bit of a tussle with Quicken this morning. I was trying to make some changes to my financial information, but the program just wouldn't cooperate. I've decided to switch over to Quickbooks instead. It's a much better program, and you can still get it on a disk. I won't be renewing my monthly Quicken online fee, that's for sure.

What really got me was the fact that I couldn't even change my transactions in Quicken without paying another month's fee. I mean, I get that they don't want to support downloads or services anymore, but to completely shut down the program and freeze all my financial information unless I pay them more money? That's just not right.

I'm so glad I made the switch to Quickbooks. I don't have to worry about Quicken trying to keep their hooks in me anymore. If you're thinking about using Quicken, be careful. Once you start paying for their online service, they'll do anything to keep you hooked.

Quicken Quicken and Citibank Need to Get Their Act Together: A Frustrated Customer's Review

I gotta say, I've been using Quicken for a long time and it's been pretty darn good. But lately, I've been having some trouble with it and Citibank. See, Quicken can't seem to download transactions from my Citibank accounts anymore. And it's been going on for a few months now. I've tried reaching out to Quicken and Citibank, but they just keep pointing fingers at each other. It's like a game of hot potato, but with my money!

It's really frustrating because I've come to rely on Quicken to keep track of my finances. And having my Citibank accounts integrated with it was a big part of that. But now, I have to manually enter all my transactions and it's a real pain in the you-know-what. I mean, what's the point of having financial software if it can't even do the one thing it's supposed to do?

I don't know what the deal is between Quicken and Citibank, but they need to figure it out. It's not fair to their customers who are stuck in the middle of this mess. Quicken says to talk to Citibank, Citibank says to talk to Quicken. It's like they're playing a game of telephone and I'm the one who's losing out.

From what I can gather, Quicken is blaming Citibank's new authentication procedure for the problem. But that just sounds like a bunch of technical mumbo-jumbo to me. All I know is that I want my financial software to work like it's supposed to. And if that means Quicken and Citibank need to work together to fix the issue, then so be it.

So, Quicken and Citibank, if you're listening, please get your act together. Your customers are counting on you to make things right. And if you don't, well, let's just say there are other financial software options out there.
