Date of incident was 09/28/21 and once last week on 09/23/21
I was sent an offer to receive 2 free dimes so I returned it and waited for them to come in.. I received them on 09/23/21 and inclued was a bill for $34 and these dimes are literally worth $6 each (i'm an established coin collector) and knew immediately that was entirely too high especially considering the offer claimed they were free! When I called them to discuss it I was met with one the rudest customer service members i've ever dealt with.. I was trying to get them to send me a paid postage so that I could return them and she continued to scream at me and hung up in my face. When I waited a few days I tried again and was met again with another extremly rude representative who again screamed in my ear and finally agreed to send me a paid postage to return these dimes.. It was very unprofessional and completely outta line and i'd appreciate if y'all would address this situation with your customer service reps and give them training in courtesy and respect when dealing with customers. Thank you.

PCS Stamps & Coins - catalog order
I ordered an "uncirculated" collection of Morgan silver dollars. When the first one arrived I noticed it was packaged in a hard plastic case that said PCS. Wary, I waited for the next which when arrived it obviously had been used and just rewrapped in their package. I decided to cancel the order and contacted the customer service rep. This was the rudest person I've ever talked to. Very unprofessional, aggressive and abrupt. I asked how much I owed and to please cancel the rest. I received a bill for the full amount of the collection. I called again and was told the billing had not yet caught up and to wait. The next month, same thing. Run away from these people. You don't know what you're really getting, the prices are outrageous and the customer service is the worst! they have no moral principals on honesty and are looking to get their hooks in your wallet.
PCS Stamps & Coins - unauthorized deduction on checking account:
While reviewing my banking accounts, realized that an unauthorized deduction was taken off of my ATM Card, of Wells Fargo, in the amount of $26.93. In addition to that unauthorized deduction, I found unauthorized deduction on June 12, 2019 and on May 12, 2019.
I will be forwarding this information the fraud division at Wells Fargo.
I am demand the amount of $80.79 be refunded with a check, and or a credit to my ATM Account.
I checked my bank account and saw an unauthorized transaction with HISTUSCOIN#NORW for $16.05. I did not recognize the company or the transaction. That was in May, I checked in April and they took $16.95. I want my money back.
PCS Stamps & Coins - fake unwanted coins
I got these coins in the mail and I never asked for them, they tricked me into trying to pay them. but they are not able to charge me now. Please look into this company and get them into trouble, they never charged me & I don't want anyone to give in to these scams, they send you the Coins in the mail, which I never requested, and expect me to pay for it
I certainly would not pay for coins they sent you!
PCS Stamps & Coins - u.s. coins of the 19th century
My father is 84 years old and is now receiving coins he didn't order along with an invoice to pay two $26 payments per month. I researched the value of the first coin, which ranges from $9 to $24. The total cost charged by PCS Coins and Stamps is $52, with a set of 15 coins to be sent.
When the Shipping and Delivery cost is included, ALL of the coins are sold at prices about twice the market value.
This is a ripoff that targets senior citizens in particular, constituting Elder Abuse.
Same here.
I'm going to file a lawsuit.

I got suckered into a couple of subscriptions. Then a couple of shipments didn't arrive and I got the runaround from "customer service." I started to check the value of some of the coins I received and found their prices to overinflated by at least 200-300%. These is a ripoff operation and I will never have anything to do with them again.
PCS Stamps & Coins - Fake Account/Scammers
Today, 10/8/15, I received a "Termination" letter and a past due amount from "PCS Stamps & Coins 47 Richards Avenue Norwalk, Connecticut 06857". I called, and since I wasn't in a good mood, went off on the C/S mgr. After a lengthy talk over the contents of the envelope; she came to the realization that it is NOT from them but scammers are using their drop box for "other purposes" NOT connected with PCS. No account number, order number or offer number corresponds to their company even though the inserts "appear" to be theirs. This is the 2nd such letter from them and she requested both envelopes with the contents sent to her for review. As I have found out so far; there have been 4 such scams that have been stopped by myself. I have begun to check EVERY return address Before I even open these things up; and have notified 3 small Family run businesses and the town commissioner of Delray Beach Florida about these. All 4 of their addresses were being used as a DROP POINT for scams and have since been stopped with one being pursued by their local police. If you have ANY thought about this being a scam. return the ENTIRE contents of the envelope and the Original Main envelope to PCS for further review. Luckily, in my case, it is Them being scammed because I dcided to push the issue and have found someone there who is willing to proceed on their own behalf to end this Illegal use of THEIR address.

PCS Stamps & Coins - unauthorized use of debit card
After doing 1 previous order with this company, they knowingly kept my debit card on file. They kept on sending me other 2 coins in individual envelopes, cardboard like, I had REFUSED these at the post office because I didn't want them and DID NOT Order them at all. It is ILLEGAL for them to keep someone's credit or debit card on file because they can clean you out of money. I disputed 2 transactions by this company and had to shut down the debit card and get another one. I believe for a fact they should be criminally prosecuted in reference to "unauthorized use of a credit/debit card". Recently sent them a certified letter to FORBID more shipments because I NEVER ordered more and when the money was deducted off the debit card about between 2am to 4am about and being short on money for a cup of coffee.
PCS Stamps & Coins - Did Not Order
Today, April 21, 2011, I received an unsolicited product from PCS Stamps and Coins requesting payment for a coin I did not order and do not wish to order. This company is guilty of this with others as noted in many complaints. However, this is Texas where, under texas law, if you are sent something unsolicited and requesting payment you are entitled to keep it without paying for it. I have so informed the company, the BBB, the Texas Attorney General, and the US Postal Service.

The coins and stamps PCS Stamps & Coins sell are total scams. They polish coins which is a big no-no and they glue back together two pieces of the same stamp. If you take your coins to a place where coins are bought, you'll find out that they are now worth up to 75%-85% less than what you bought them for.

PCS Stamps & Coins - Sending unsolicited items and then demanding payment for items we didn't order
We got sent a couple of state quarters last December. They asked for $17.99 and then they would continue to send more state quarters and more bills after future shipments. We had not ordered this item and were not interested in receiving more of them. There was no information about returning the items (2 quarters and a lot of paperwork about the state of...
