Went to peak performance for men to help with problem and they offer full refund if their treatments didn't work. They offer 12 treatments and then 6 free. After my 18 treatments didn't work I had to file a greivance which I didin May 2022. Called in June and was told I had to contact the Finance company Ally bank and after two/three weeks they denied claim and had to contact Peak Performance which I did after numerous calls to Virginia [protected]. Was told that they were gonna refund my money and give them two weeks. After two weeks I finally got a hold of them and was told that they were going thru shuffeling and would send another report to them and have not heard back from them and have tried to call and get no response no voicemail to that number nothing! I've contacted the attorney general and have heard NOTHING!

Received a total of 12 sessions from June- August of 2022 with a device called piezowave2

It cost me a total of $6,463.21

I’m complaining that it didn’t work, and I would like some kind of compensation…! The treatment was for ED . They said I had a lot of blockage in my pelvic area? And that I was a prime candidate!

Same story of fraud and pure scam here in Louisville, KY. My boyfriend gained nothing but depression and debt / wasted money. As a Litigation Paralegal - I think it's time to organize a class action lawsuit.

We need to unite against these folks taking advantage of men in difficult enough situations. That kind of capitalization is beyond cruel and full of malice.

I have the same experience here in Charleston, SC. I had the 12 sessions. Nothing happened. I was told there would be an additional more intesnse session in another month. When I called them back a few weekslater, I found they went out of bussiness! And now I owe 5000 dollars for nothing!

Same here in Columbia, SC. My husband finished all treatments and is worse than before he started. Now out of the money, confidence and any hope of being intimate with my husband again. Something needs to be done!

My name is Ron Meyer,

I went to Peak Performance in 2022 and had no improvements during the regular sessions so they said, oh, "you have 6 free sessions because you signed up on Valentines Day!" I went to a couple "free" sessions and then got a notice the day of my next appointment saying it was canceled after I had already confirmed the appointment. Phone calls just went to voicemail with no replies. I did get hold of someone in Virginia who told me my local office would be contacting me, but no one ever called. I initiated a dispute with Choice Payment Services in September because I was still making payments. I called back a few weeks later and a person at Choice said they could not find a dispute in my name and they would re-initiate it. When I called back in October They had not heard back from Peak Performance. I never heard back from Choice until Christmas when they gifted me the bill for the total amount due without any explanation. The first week of January 2023 I got a letter from Choice saying they sold my account to a collection agency. Now I'm stuck paying for something I didn't get. In fact, I'm worse now than when I first went there! $6000.00 plus interest for nothing!

I went to the San Antonio, TX center to received treatment June 21' to October 21'. I had a total of 21 sessions, and I've not been intimate with my wife for over a year. I recently tried to call the office for documentation on the treatment and their number has been changed and unlisted. I can't believe that this was a scam! i've spent well over 8k and i would like to join this lawsuit if it comes to fruition. Please contact me via email: speek75@gmail.com

Thanx for listening.

WE like many of you experienced the same damn thing! Lies, lies and more lies! Oh they did the initial set of treatment, with no results. Then they gave him another 12 treatments, finally they called and said there wasn't anything more they could do. Next thing we knew, they closed their offices here in Des Moines, IA. YES - THERE SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT on these people!

I even asked them during our initial appointment - are you sure this will work, look at all his medicines. They assured me that his medicines had nothing to do with this problem. In February 2023, my husband's Cardiologist told him -- with all those medications? I am not even surprised to learn of your difficulties. My husband said it was humiliating and yet now that I know what I know about them, it makes me even more mad!

If someone ever does file a Class Action Lawsuit - WE would like to be included. $6000 for NOTHING

SO ANGRY that they took advantage of a heartbreaking situation, offered FALSE hope and took our money. NOW, we are stuck paying this bill for what?!?!?! NOTHING

And by the way, were any of you told that one you arrive at the initial appointment that you would receive your $50 back? Well we should up, went through the process and when I asked when can I expect the credit to my credit card -- they looked at me and said, "there wasn't a charge"... I said, I can show you my statement, you took the $50. They denied it and I never did receive reimbursement.

Peak did only 6 of 12 treatments on me, I had to reschedule once due to exposure to covid , then I was rescheduled by Peak that was in august 2021 6 months later I called Peak and was informed that the employees that were doing my treatments were fired and replaced. I asked when that happened, the guy @ the office said they (new guys) had been there for two months, so I asked him why did nobody contact me,and was told no one left them a note. I said , a note you did not get the note? dont you guys have computers? These are the people employed by Peak Performance doing so-called Medical Treatment for ED. I want my money back! ! What a Scam

This experience was a complete disaster! After 18 treatments and $6000, I attempted to contact the main office in Virginia Beach with no success. Then I wrote numerous letters which detailed my experiences with the treatments and personal again with no response.

But what really aggravated me was the email that said that they were closing and I could get my medical records. When I received these records, they were only a list of the 18 treatments with their dates and times, No where in the records was their any documentation of my frustration that I expressed to the technician in the last 8 visits. The technician asked me many questions that required me to rate my progress. None of this was documented in my medical records

The bottom line for me is that I am willing to join a class action lawsuit to get my money back.

Bernard Barbour here. I started the treatments in Early 2023, in Augusta Georgia. I had numerous treatments and no results. I'm also looking to join a class action suit or start one. I'm in the same boat, no refund, no effective treatment and now the company has closed and ran off with my $6,000.
