On June 24, 2024 at approximately 3:20 PM I asked the front desk receptionist I just needed my glasses adjusted to keep from sliding down. I was told to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Only one other customer was seated and she was waiting for her optical appointment. I waited for 10 minutes after watching the lady at the counter where they make “ repairs”, she was playing on her phone. I walked up and she asked what I needed I told her just an adjustment. She said I’m with a patient right now and proceeded to resume playing on her phone! Now, for the near $700 I paid for my glasses and to be ignored by this person is extremely frustrating to say the least! She wasn’t wearing a name tag! This happened at the Walnut Avenue store in Dalton GA.

Don't let anyone disrespect your time and money like that. Next time, call out the unprofessional behavior on the spot and demand to speak to a manager if necessary. You paid good money and deserve proper service. Remember, you set the standard for how people treat you. Assert your expectations and don't settle for less.
