I have been trying to resolve an issue with my debit card since 27 October 2023. As of today the issue remains. I need to changey email and phone number, pfcu advises you to go to this sight and do this, I've sent my documents about 8 times, and every time there is something wrong with the upload. As recently as yesterday I was told it was my id, so I resent it. Well today once again the documents were unacceptable and this time it was my utility bill, id was fine. I have all of my money in pfcu and my atm card isn't working due to the required update of info. I don't understand what the problem is, if it's the program then fix it. If it's me tell me. This is totally unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I want my debit card made available and my info updated. I have no way to access any money, I'm getting hungry
