Permata Utara Bas review: Transportation

Been waiting for more than 2 hours now..

I should've read the review first before bought the ticket.. so many bad review even the person working at info counter also said that this bus company is having a lot issue with them. I googled this company to find contact info but couldn't find any. Makes me wonder if this is a legit company.

Please avoid if have other option.
