Pete Fajkowski review: My experience 4

I have seen complaints on here against Pete Fajkowski and I am here to tell you they are bogus. Pete Fajkowski is one of the most honest, ethical and caring men I've ever met and I had the honor of working for him, off and on, for over 14 years. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of mortgaging and he educates his clients well. He has originated tens of thousands of mortgages in 19 states over 16 years and has had a 100% referral-only business since 1998. You can't do that if you're a bad guy. These complaints are three, isolated, disgruntled people who just didn't like the truth. Shame on all of you for trying to hurt someone's professional reputation. It's interesting to note that at the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, where it REALLY counts, Pete Fajkowski has NO open complaints, and any that he has received in 16 years were settled in his favor.
I remember two of these transactions that have complaints on here. One is a woman who bought land from Pete personally, complained at TXDOSML, got her complaint tossed out, went after Pete in small claims court, and lost and so she's on the internet trying to harm him even though every agency and court said he did nothing wrong. The other (LONG) complain from that real estate agent is telling. She was horrible to work with and needs to spend her time honing her own skills instead of playing on the internet all day. The other guy, with the Ratio fee...well, if your Debt To Income Ratios are too high, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac hit you with a fee. Pete just passed it on to the borrower. No smoke, no mirrors. Just another borrower who doesn't want to take responsibility for his own indebtedness.
Pete is a super successful man and a good guy. His new project HomeStart is brilliant and he'll show all these haters because the best revenge is success and good living. Go Pete!
