Pinnacle Propane LLC review: A better response from their customer service.

Pinnacle bought out United Propane, August 2022. Pinnacle sent us a bill for tank rental. This happened also when United bought 1st Propane about 10 years ago. They handled this better by answering our correspondence, as once a tank reaches the age where the cost is covered (about 10 years) the rental is discontinued. Pinnacle cannot be contacted. I sent an email back in December 2022 which was ignored, I sent a letter to their accounting department in Kansas City in January and today I get yet another demand for tank rental.

Today I spend a miserable 30 minutes on their automated telephone system to HQ in Irving, TX. Going from 25th to 12th in line every minute. Waiting times from 20 to 11 minutes over and over and over. Pinnacle needs to get their act together. We will use another company if they do not treat their customers better. See so many other frustrated folks who are unable to contact them.

Desired outcome: Pick up the damn phone!
